I am really tempted on getting this box. The items are so unique and it’s something I would love to treat myself for my birthday this month. Other than the nail polish which I get gel manicures I would love every item in April’s box. The 30 % coupon is a great deal but my question is I see you can get a bi monthly membership, a one time box or an annual membership. If I get the bi-monthly subscription would the 30 % coupon be deducted from the first box only or through the entire subscription since it automatically renews ? Hopefully someone knows and thanks in advance 🙂

I really want the ladybug necklace, so despite the mixed experiences, I bought this box.
They charged my credit card, but I’ve received no email confirmation or anything from them. I made my selections last night, but when I logged in today the selection was still open. I don’t know if my choices were saved or not. Is this normal for them?

This is my 3rd box and Ashley has been amazing! My tea sugars were broke and they are replacing it right away. I’ve had immediate response over every question! I can’t speak high enough of the customer service and the boxes are out of this world!!!

I really like this box. I’ve been a subscriber for a while and have been seriously screwed over w OP. Most of the time they’ve tried to rectify it but usually there’s some confusion or another and I’m constantly having to follow up. Even now, my account with them is so extremely behind and the auto-renew that wasn’t supposed to renew but did, has screwed up everything. They still haven’t honored my boxes and as nice as Ashley is, with more people it feels like they don’t communicate well within their system. I’ve been sending emails to Ashley all year and barely gotten a response from her, only from the Orders team who is good for very simple questions but not for anything complicated. Tempted but not for the stress that has to go into staying on top of them to get what you’ve paid for.

Does the filt bags have short, or long handles? The one shown has the long handles, but the choice of color options have the short handles. I want the long to go over my shoulder, not the ones that you can only hold. Does anyone know?

Ashley has been doing a great job and Oui Please has become my favorite box again! They have really turned it around. While most other boxes have gone downhill (Luxor and Robb Vices particularly) ,Oui Please has stepped up and are now doing a great job of curating and shipping. Customer service was always great for me. Ashley has been nothing but wonderful and understanding.

I agree, Ashley has been absolutely amazing! They have gone above and beyond with customer service for me. I’ve subbed on and off for the past 2 years and have ordered from their shop. My selections have always been 100% correct every time. Shipping times look to be getting much better lately also. This is one of my favorite boxes and I can’t wait to get my hands on those macarons!

Well done OuiPlease. I know I am likely out of the ordinary, but I have found Oui Please to have excellent customer service. Ashley has always been responsive and extremely helpful. Happy to see Oui Please improving…it was touch and go there for a while.

Which necklace did you choose? That and the macarons are the things I want the most. I’m still debating on ordering because I really don’t need the other items and it’s so pricey (although understandably so with the quality of the items).

Ugh this box is really speaking to me. I remember grocery shopping with my nana and she always use these nettted bags. Maybe I should go and read all the bad comments to keep me from ordering this box!

Man, I wish I had the chutzpah to order boxes again from here, while Ashley was a pleasure to deal with -every single box I received was missing at least one item and this went on for at least 6 boxes. It didn’t mater if it was a an actual box or a one off from the shop, I always got screwed over. The one time I was sent something as a replacement it was that face cream that expired I think the following month. So NOT cool.

Granted I am only really interested in the eye cream and macaroons ( who wouldnt be? lol) and maybe the necklace but I just can’t make myself order again. Kinda like fool me once shame on you but fool me twice shame on me.

For those that do take the plunge good luck, it does appear Ashley has gotten things under control I just wish she had made me whole last year- I would have had no qualms about re-subbing if she had.

There were three consecutive boxes that were missing significant items and since the boxes ended up shipping so close together I had a few open issues with Ashley. Now, she was very sweet and kept promising something would be sent for each item that was missing but after over 3 months of back and forth I pretty much said I would chargeback with my CC and I was sent a nail polish and an almost expired face cream. One of the pieces I had been missing was a jewelry item that the RV was mosre than the two items I was sent alone not inlcuding all the other things that were missing over the course of my subbing.
I do not think it was a flagrant screw you we don’t care but it still sucked. lol What made it even worse was that I was treated so nicely in the messages but in the end I think she was just waaay overwhelmed.
