Bespoke Post ‘Explore’ Review
This box is all about exploring essentials that are as handy as they are lifesavers.
Each delivery arrives with an information card about the products.
CoalaTree Nomad Packable Daypack – Estimated Value $39.00
This backpack is as lightweight as it is tough! It even folds up inside itself for easy storage. It has a padded interior pouch for your more delicate travel essentials (hello iPhone!) and two outer mesh pouches for your water bottles or other essentials you need within easy reach. It is also water resistant, meaning your goods should stay dry if you happen to encounter some light rain. My husband and I do a lot of fishing in the spring and summer months, and a lightweight, durable pack like this is pretty much ideal for us to stash our tools and snacks.
Miir 27 oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle – Retail Value $19.95
I really like steel water bottles like this because they do not hold smells or tastes that can then transfer to your water. This one is in minimal black with a grippy texture. Much like our backpack above this bottle is super lightweight, but also very strong. Holding 27 oz, it boasts a leakproof screw-in cap, making sure none of those precious drops of H2O escape on your next adventure.
Off Grid Tools Survival LED Headlamp – Retail Value $14.99
I probably have 3-4 of these stashed all over my house as well as one in my glovebox. These easy to wear, super bright, headlamps are an awesome tool to keep close in the event of a power outage or nighttime hike. I have chickens and sometimes we hear noises and have to stumble outside in the dark to check on them, and having this nearby is a lifesaver! I love that they included batteries with this item.
The first light mode is a super bright white LED. Like, REAL bright.
The second setting is a dimmer but still bright white LED light.
It can also be used as a solid red light or in case of a true emergency, you can set it to blink red on and off.
Duke Cannon Cold Shower Cooling Field Towels – Retail Value $12.00
This is another item that will be going in our fishing kit. These handy towelettes have aloe and menthol, making them really refreshing! They also feature a scrubby texture which helps clean away dirt and grime. They were developed with the help of a military advisory panel to create a product with major cleansing power that was also easy to use out in the wilderness where you won’t really find many showers. A portion of the proceeds from this product goes to help US veterans.
Verdict: This Bespoke Post had some new essentials for my outdoor plans this spring and summer. I love the clever fold up backpack and we can always use more stainless steel water bottles for our adventures. The LED headlamp is going to stick with the backpack for our nighttime fishing trips and so will the shower wipes because those fish are pretty slimy sometimes! The value of this box is $85.94, which is great for a $45 box filled with such useful things!
