Copper Sole Socks, Size Large – Retail Value $16.93

The first item I received in this month’s box was a single pair of copper sole socks. As soon as I removed them from their box, I immediately noticed how thick they were. When my husband tried them on, he thought they were on inside out because of the way they felt, but he did say they were comfortable (without shoes). The size seemed true and he appeared as happy as a guy could be receiving socks. As far as the value, I am not going to lie, but $16.93 for a single pair of socks is insane, but these claim to kill athlete’s foot and foot fungus. I don’t know how true that is as I have never been unlucky enough to experience either and cannot test the theory. If they do do that, though, maybe the value is worth it.

Super Mario Pins – Retail Value $7.58

Man! I wish I got these at this time last year when I threw my son a gaming party. We are big Mario lovers here and these pins were an exciting item to receive, though hard to photograph. I got 6 pins featuring Yoshi, Mario, Donkey Kong, Peach, Luigi, and Toad. When you tilt the pin a certain way, the characters reflect but turn it another way and their symbol appear. These are pretty cool.

This was a pretty cool item too! Perfect for messages on the fridge and way more likable than the old-timey colorful letter magnets. It came with 166 magnets; plenty of letters to create meme’s or messages.

Ghirardelli Candy in Peppermint Bark  - Buy a 7.9 Ounce Box for $7.19

Milk Chocolate Caramel – Buy a 5.9 Ounce Box for $6.99

This was a nice inclusion that felt like a bonus item in this month’s box. Each box came with two individually wrapped candies.

The peppermint bark was different; definitely minty with some chocolate – not a candy I would seek again, though.

The milk chocolate caramel was a bit better than the peppermint bark. I liked that the caramel wasn’t overpowering as it can be quickly. This is also not a candy I would just grab, either. My taste in chocolate is simple – milk or dark with almonds is always a favorite.

Verdict: I think this was the best Mini Mystery Box by Jamminbutter I have ever received; the items were completely practical and fun for the whole family. My husband was pleased with the socks, the kids loved the Super Mario Pins and everyone could not wait to start making memes. I also liked the inclusion of a sweet snack and wonder if that will continue.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Can you still get this box if you subscribe today? Each box is completely random. You may get some of the same items or you may get totally different ones!

Value Breakdown: The combined total of all the items this month was $31.51 (not counting the candy), which is pretty good. This box costs $9.99 which means you are paying approximately $1.99 an item.

I got all of the same items, but a different type of socks. Also, as a lover of fine socks, I will pay $15 or more for Bombas, Darn Tough, SmartWool, and Stance. They’re soooo wonderful and hold up really well! Also, this reminds me to cancel this because I didn’t realize I was getting the sub still.

As someone who doesn’t like the huge crunchy chunks of candy usually on peppermint bark, Ghirardelli’s peppermint bark is actually one of my favorites. 😊

Unlike much of the pseudo-scientific junk marketed to help all that ails you – including some other copper items – Copper socks ARE in fact a legit thing with research-proven anti-bacterial & anti-fungal properties. I of course know nothing about the particular socks & anyone looking into purchasing would want to be certain the specific socks contained the amount of copper proven to actually help, but for certain individuals who – due to illness (ie diabetes) &/ or lifestyle (ie military, certain sports, etc) – are prone to infections they can be worthwhile.
