Am I insane? I still haven’t gotten my last box. It still hasn’t shipped….

glad this box is doing better, although I am super bummed that they are out of their maradji clutch from last box. I received it as a gift for xmas and just got notified that they are completely out. Bummed as I really really wanted the teal purse. Oh well…. I will say that in the past, Ashley has always been responsive and I have appreciated that. Hoping someone will be kind enough to swap their clutch : ).

I am so happy to hear that this company is pleasing its customers! They had a long, tough road with many unhappy people, but have seemed to have turned their business model around. I will consider this box now.

I have been communicating with Ashley and I have to say the customer service has been excellent recently. She is so kind and has been very helpful. I love the items they have been sending in the past few boxes and the men’s box looks great as well. Definitely a 100% turn around with this company. Glad I renewed my annual.
