  1. One of the bodewell home candles is “amour” vanilla tobacco scented. Lots of connecting the dots on insta 🙂

    • Thanks for the info. I thought everything in the box was supposed to be French. Other than the skincare item, I don’t feel like the upcoming box is a luxe box at all. I hope they get some better items added.

      • So far we have the skin day cream (French), shopping tote (US), notebook (French), candle (US), and sugar cubes (I think these are French but I’ll have to check the brand on insta). The skin cream is a lot of the rv so I’m not sure what the other items may be. Anyone else figure out some spoilers?

  2. Looks like they’ll be including Bodewell home candles as well (another la based company I think?) one of their comments on insta said they’re shipping the candles to OP this week. Wonder if they’re trying to get around the customs delays by getting things from within the US?

  3. What items did people choose? I picked the bag with white bonjour writing and the flower shop notebook. I saw on Instagram they have heart shaped sugar “cubes” that can be placed on the rim of a mug.

    • Did you just email Ashley? When I clicked anywhere in the email, it just takes me to the Ouiplease website. I’d pick the C’est la vie bag and fleurs book, but really I don’t care for either of these items, they seem like fillers to me.
On a side note I’m also bummed about the change in box. I have an unlucky 13 of the “old” boxes. I use them for Christmas, most gifts fit in them, and rather than wrapping paper I tie them in satin scarves, they look so nice under a tree… My heart sank a little when they said they were changing the boxes.

      • Once I clicked on the link I signed into my account then went back and clicked on it again to customize.

  4. Thanks for reminding me of why I got a refund and swore I would never subscribe to them again.

  5. I’ll be curious to see what RV they give those bags. The bonjour bag on The Little Market website is $12 for the small and $20 for the large. The EXACT same tote. Any bets they’ll say it’s worth $75 and $125?

    • Right?! And so much for the website claim of 100% French products…The Little Market is based in California and the bags are made in Bangladesh…:-) . Nice that it supports charity, though.

      • Looks like bodewell homes is doing a candle for the OP box according to social media. Another US brand. Maybe a way around customs for them?

      • It’s a cute Tote and I agree for a good cause. Just disappointing that this box is basically become kitch and drug store ‘french’ items.

  6. What is eternal rose? Off course I didn’t get it.

    • It’s a preserved Rose. They last a year or more. I got a bouquet of them for my boyfriend’s Mom last Mother’s Day.

      • Thanks, I hope we get it with this box.

  7. Did anyone receive an Eternal Rose? I was also sure it was in the spoiler email they sent out, but there wasn’t one in my box.

    • Nope, they told me they were stuck at customs and would be sent separately once they were cleared. I resubscribed fully knowing that there are big issues with OuiPlease. So I’m just sorta going with it and hoping it eventually arrives. Though I’d have though they’d have at least reached out to their subscribers themselves to notify them of the issue rather than just not include it.

    • I think it was mentioned in the comments of another post that someone reached out to OP and they said those got stuck in customs. Happened with some cookies a few boxes back, too. Unfortunate, but I imagine it’s the nature of the beast with a sub box based on imported goods.

    • I was told by Ashley that they would be shipping separately once they got cleared through Customs…of course, this was a month and a half ago. At least the preserves were delicious.

  8. I am still waiting for the 2nd box I ordered on Black Friday to ship. I was told several times that it was shipping “that day” and it’s been over a month. Also, for the box I did receive, the Eternal Rose was not included. Ashley has been very polite, but this is ridiculous.

    • Welcome to the wonderful world of Oui Please. At this point maybe you should file a chargeback with your credit card…

    • It didn’t take long for Oui Please to revert back to previous form it looks like………
For background just read some of the previous reviews from say last year and you’ll get the negativity . I HATE bashing a box but between this one and Box of Style it perplexes me how they are still in business. I will say when OP gets a box right they really get it right but those are far and few between. I got maybe 8 boxes total and not ONE was correct as far as contents or value promised. Poor Ashley is pleasant but I did not get anything resolved in the end. Just an FYI.

  9. That’s cute. Not French…but cute. Just checked out The Little Market website…they’re out of Pacific Palisades, CA, and depending on if the bag is the smaller or larger one, they sell for $16-$22. I like that OP is collaborating with a non-profit that empowers women! Still…I’m hoping there are some higher value items spoiled. At this point I don’t think ~anyone~ pays full price for this sub, but the current spoilers don’t yet add up to the full price box…so hoping for more.
