Nicely Noted December 2018 Review
Each month there is a cute note from Nicely Noted's founder, Perry. He encourages us to enjoy the holidays but to also to take a chance to slow down and send someone some love via a cute card in the mail.
This card also has some info about the talented studios that our cards hail from.
Now, on to the cards!
Smokey Birthday by Bench Pressed - Retail Value $5.00
This card is so charming! I love anything with Smokey the Bear because he is so very nostalgic for me. He comes with a cheery red envelope and anyone would have to smile upon opening this delightful birthday card.
Tree Station Wagon by Carrot and Stick Press - Buy a set of 8 for $16.00
I like that these little station wagons are all over the card in a simple red print. I prefer more minimal winter cards and this one surely fits the bill. It comes with a white envelope and could be used for a thank you card, invitation, or anything else you desire because it is without text.
Sweetest Greetings by Lucky Horse Press - Retail Value $5.00
Our third card this month is so bold and pretty! I love the stylized sweets in a fun coral on the dark navy background. It comes with a white envelope.
Postage Stamps – Retail Value $1.50
Each Nicely Noted package always comes with stamps to send along with your cards. It is a great way to give your envelopes a special and unique look since these particular stamps are usually no longer in production.
Verdict: Nicely Noted always sends such adorable cards. I love that they are from smaller and independent presses and that they send carefully chosen postage to accompany your mail. I loved each of the cards this month, but I would have to rank Smokey as my top pick this round.

Value Breakdown: For $20, we got an estimated $13.50 worth of stamps and cards in terms of retail value. This does not calculate the value in the curation and convenience of this sub. For me personally, there is also value in supporting these smaller studios. It might have been nice to get a 4th card this month though, for the more value conscious subscribers.
