There’s 2 spoilers you must have missed the second it’s a lollia shower gel. I’ve been waiting for at least a 3rd. I’m kinda worried for the spring box. I have to admit though, after all the complaining I did, the Kimono and mug grew on me. The mug looks great in my bathroom with all my makeup brushes and the robe hangs on my bathroom door for after baths, it’s soft and silky and makes a great swimsuit cover.

Hmm. I’m intrigued… Is there a coupon for this sub?

Not usually. They sell out pretty fast.

Do ya’ll think there will be a deal or gift with popping up on this box? Is there ever a discount on it? I will wait until Feb 1st when my budget rolls over but want to make sure I don’t miss out on the best deal 🌺

I’m happy to see a Cottage Greenhouse product. I would love to see some body butter, sugar scrub, candles and more home products!

I’m so excited for this box! I have an annual sub and I’m in love with it. I’m also hoping for:

*Shower gels! I used up the ones from the previous boxes. (Even my husband loves them and how nice they smell. I hide them from him or he uses them up. :o)

*A tokyomilk large tote. They are SO cute!

*More tokyomilk cards! I LOVE them! They’re so pretty. They sell them at a store near me for $5/card, and I love getting them in my box.

*Cottage greenhouse salt scrub. I’ve been wanting to try one of these!

I can’t wait for this box to arrive.

I love this subscription so much! I like the idea of this face mask, the ingredients look good.

I am really hoping that we get another beautiful hand cream like in the last box, more cards, and I would just love to get a body oil or really luxe body cream.

For some reason my comment doesn’t seem to be showing. I am wondering if someone could help me out . I signed up for the seasonal Margot Elena box for the winter box and assumed I would get a box every season but I have not been billed for this spring box and I can’t seem to find where I can get into my account. Do I need to sign up again?

I have a question if someone can help me out lol I signed up for the seasonal subscription for Margot Elena box for the winter box. I assumed I would get a box every season after I signed up but I haven’t been charged for this spring box yet. I am also having a hard time trying to find where I can get into my account. Do I need to sign up again?

One spoiler and I broke like the fine china. Back into the fold.
After the Winter box, I said ” No more” but that mask!! Love honey as a skin care ingredient. 🙂

I’ve been super tempted to try this box. I am such a sucker for bath and body and pretty packaging… And I just got an email from PopSugar reminding me of my upcoming Spring Box payment …Ugh! All these first world problems…
I’ll wait for one more spoiler before I commit.

While the skincare/bath/body products are always beautifully packaged….I don’t find them high quality. I find them hit or miss…very drying in several cases (the hand creams and bubble baths).
I’ve just summed up the bath and body products and smells great, presents well. I utilize other subs for skincare. I have anti-aging concerns and tend towards proven ingredients that are clinically tested or contain specific properties.

So looks and smell…ME is great! I have several annual subs; as long as they keep including lifestyle items, I will continue.

The new make-up bags are so beautiful. I sure hope one is included in the Spring box.

My favorite Margo Elena product was the cottage greenhouse dry oil. Looking forward to trying something else in this line (fragrance or not)

Kathy

I agree. That oil is amazing.

I have this mask and it is great!!! So excited for another one!!

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

It looks like it has little scrubby bits in it. Is it an exfoliating mask?

Reply ButtonReply

Kc

That’s good to hear! Since there’s alcohol in it do you find it drying or tight? Just wondering since I have dry sensitive skin whether to open it and try or swap it 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

Just to clarify- while this mask does have Cetyl Alcohol and Cetearyl Alcohol, those are fatty acid alcohols that do not dry the skin. I recommend looking at the Paula’s choice ingredient dictionary for more information.

ColleenT.

There are fatty alcohols in it which are different than Alcohol denat, and are not harmful.

Jessica

I was excited until i read the ingredients, synthetic fragrance should never be in a face product let alone that high up on the list, not in my greenhouse. I can’t use this, nobody should 🙁

Reply ButtonReply

Dorothy

Not totally related to fragrance, but I have to say that “natural” skincare ingredients are not better for your skin. Poison ivy, for instance, is natural but you’re a million times better putting petroleum jelly on your body. Synthetic ingredients cause fewer reactions and furthermore they are more consistent across production lines. (As opposed to plants which will vary depending on soil conditions, weather, what kind of bees them, etc.). Plus very few “natural” products these days have any science to support their efficacy, as opposed to retin-A made in a lab which has 30+ years of solid studies to back up its use.

Of course everybody is free to do with their skin what they want but the trend of shying away from synthetic skincare ingredients is not a great one.

Margot Elena has limited numbers of their seasonal boxes. They sell pretty fast each quarter. (Sometimes Liz has a sub deals for her Valentine/Galentine day like when she does Better Than Black Friday deals, but no guarantee this would be part of it.)

Dea

THANK YOU. Arsenic is natural. Scorpion venom is natural.

LR

The extract ingredients used: Ginseng Extract, Orange Extract, Pomegranate Extract, Blueberry Seed, Honey – play a role in treating your skin. Orange/Pomegranate are acidic (acts as peeling/astringent agents), Blueberry has anti-oxidants, Honey is anti-bacterial, etc. – If you read the blurb in the link to the product, you see that the ingredients play a role in the treatment (they are not just to ‘scent’ the product).

Hello,
I see fragrance but don’t see synthetic, which one is synthetic? I don’t know how to read ingredient lists
“Water, Kaolin, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Bentonite, Glycerin, Vaccinium Angustifolium (Blueberry) Seed, Glyceryl Stearate, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Cetyl Alcohol, Beeswax, Stearic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, Carrageenan, Ethylhexylglycerin, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Honey, Yogurt Powder, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Extract, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Punica Granatum Extract, Vaccinium Corymbosum (Blueberry) Fruit Extract. “

Sarah

When you read the ingredient list, the fragrances are from extracts. They are NOT synthetically reproduced in a lab.

And do not shame others for being excited to use a product. It’s fine if you make that choice, but that doesn’t make other people’s choices wrong.

Reply ButtonReply

Nique

You guys take things way too seriously. Her comment was her opinion, not a personal attack.

Jessica

I never “shamed” anyone, I stated that an ingredient is harmful and i don’t think anybody should put it on their face, that’s not “shaming”. It’s making a simple statement. And I unfortunately don’t see anywhere that states they are natural extracts.

AmberC

That’s cool if you don’t want to use it, but you shouldn’t shame other people for choosing to.

btw, I do agree that it shouldn’t have fragrance in it, because it really doesn’t need to be in there. It’s a face mask for goodness sake.

Reply ButtonReply

Michelle

Totally agree with you. The comment “Nobody should” is right up there with “nobody can wear that color”. Speak for yourself when you comment but not for me. I can figure this stuff out on my own.

Jessica

I never “shamed” anyone, It’s a harmful ingredient that I don’t think anyone should use on their face, simple as that. Not only because it doesn’t really need to be there, but there is no way of telling what it actually is, every “fragrance” is different and made up of many different things, companies use the term fragrance as a blanket statement ingredient and it covers up all the harmful little ingredients that make up that one “fragrance”.

tam

I love masks so I’m looking forward to this.

So freaking stoked about that! Obsessed, really all I can say…well, except, I absolutely LOVE Margot Elena! My cousin got hooked up in December, and now she’s onto the game! She’s been in bubble bath, bath salt, lotion heaven ever since, oh and candles too! I love it!

I’m going to have to fight off my fiancé for this 🤣

Hhhmmm… I’m hoping for shower gels, lotions or candles.

I wish they would offer free shipping and maybe a discount whenever we order something to be shipped with our box.
