The info sheet for this box got an update too- this month was printed on high-quality cardstock.

The Last True Cowboy by Laura Drake – Retail Value $6.99 (found here for $5.24)
Bubbles & Books changed their genre categories up a bit- I used to be in “the bad boys” genre but now I am receiving books from the “contemporary romance” genre. Laura Drake is a new author to me, and she did a great job of creating a rodeo and cowboy world I could escape to for a few hours. This was an interesting romance novel because it felt realistic- some romance novels completely glaze over real-world issues and act like everything is hunky-dory, and I like that this one had a bit of a human element that was easier to relate to. Bubbles & Books Frosty Bath Bomb
Wow, this bath bomb was beautiful! It foamed up nicely once it hit the water and it created a gorgeous array of colors. It had a nice scent to accompany it, too. This is by far the best bath bomb I have ever received from Bubbles & Books- I am glad to see their makeover included upgrading the products they sent!
Simply Organico Bath Bomb Creamer in Tinsel – Estimated Value $6.50 (based on other bath bombs from the brand here)
This is a bath bomb made with extra creamy and nourishing ingredients like shea and cocoa butter. Tinsel is a spicy holiday scent that I enjoy, and this made my skin feel incredibly soft!.
Bubbles & Books Bubble Bath
To have the ultimate bath we also received this bubble bath elixir. It has a bit of sparkle and it creates a good bit of bubbles. I personally love mixing bubble baths with bath bombs, so I am happy to add this to the mix.
Beaches of Tunisia Fireside Incense, 2 sticks – Buy 12 sticks for $2.99
These are two different incense sticks that smell like a cozy Christmas fire! This is a great way to fill the air of a room without worrying about having an open flame. The scents of this incense also compliment the bath bombs included this month, too.
The Verdict: I am loving the Bubbles & Books makeover! One of my common complaints was that a lot of the box felt like filler without a purpose- not the case with this box! The quality of the bath goodies received is far and above what was sent previously, and I really do feel like I am getting a thoughtfully curated experience. I do wish there was an additional bath bomb or that the bubble bath was larger to bump the value up, but overall I am pleased with my box this month—especially that snowman bath bomb!
