The JoJo Siwa Box Winter 2018 Review

They always include an info card complete with pictures and details about each of the items in the box. It looks like there are seven items so let's see what we received:

Snowman Hair Tie

This is the first time we haven't received a JoJo hair bow in a box, but this adorable snowman hair tie is such a festive alternative! I think the fuzzy pom is really fun and our snowman does have a nice glittery bow of his own, so it's definitely still fitting. This is a cute little accessory my daughter can wear all winter long!

Gift Wrapping Paper

This wrapping paper is very cute and features such a fun mix of winter items from the snowflakes to the mittens to the cute gingerbread girls. We received two sheets of this and while I'm not sure it's something I'd want to receive in a box if I were a young girl, it is perfect for wrapping up some of the items in this box if you wanted to gift them!

Furry Journal

This furry journal features her dog BowBow decked out in a fun holiday sweater. This is a cute and useful item with it's vibrant pink color and soft exterior.

The light green pages are lined and have the signature JoJo heart watermark in the corner.

Since this notebook came packaged in its own bag, it makes the perfect gift when wrapped in our new wrapping paper. This is not my best wrap job, but I wanted to give you an idea of what might fit inside the paper!

Cookie Cutter

This JoJo cookie cutter is a great item for a holiday box! My daughter was excited to see this and can't wait to make some JoJo shaped cookies. This actually works more like a stamper since you push down on the knob to create the image on your cookies. Again, this is a great item to gift since it comes in its own package.

Stamp Set

This is another fantastic item for a holiday box or any box for that matter! This one is perfect for designing your own holiday cards or artwork since it features fun stamps like the peppermint, bow, snowflake and my personal favorite, the adorable gingerbread girl complete with a big bow on her head.

They included this great green colored ink pad, but I don't think they really thought it through completely since it was difficult to get the larger stamps inked because they were bigger than the pad itself. If we pushed down very hard it would work okay.

It definitely didn't stop the kids from having some fun with them though! I love that they can all be stored in the original box too. This is another one that would make a great gift and would fit perfectly inside our new gift wrap paper.

Fleece Scarf

This fleece scarf is a great winter accessory with its cool mint green color. I love that the thick fleece will keep my daughter warm and she loves the sparkly bows on the end.

I love that it's nice and long, too! We did a simple wrap here, but you could definitely style it many different ways and even wrap it around twice for extra warmth!

JoJo Charm

The last item in the box is our collectible JoJo charm and I love that they went with the gingerbread girl! Each quarterly box comes with a charm to add to the bracelet that came in the very first box which you can order separately here. This is a cute addition to our bracelet and might be my favorite so far!

Verdict: I actually find myself looking forward to The JoJo Siwa Box each season because the items are so cute and my daughter loves them! She has no idea who JoJo Siwa is, but the items are still perfect for most girls since they feature fun accessories and novelty items. The winter-themed items in this box were great and everything inside was actually giftable since it either came with a tag attached or its own separate packaging. The items are great quality and I know my daughter will be using her scarf all season long. The stamp set was probably another favorite since I know how much the kids enjoyed using them. This box cost us $37 ($30+ $7 shipping) and we received a total of 7 items, which is an average of $5.29 per item. The box has a promised value of $60 and I'm not sure we how close we got to that since a few of the items seemed like they might be lower value items, like the hair tie and gift wrap, but I still think it was worth the cost of the box since there were so many exclusive items!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, the winter box is currently sold out. If you are interested in the next box, I suggest signing up soon since these do tend to sell out quickly!

Value Breakdown: This box costs $30 + $7 shipping, which means that each of the 7 items in the box has an average cost of $5.29.

I am a homeschooling mom to 4 kids; 1 girl and 3 boys. While I have been reviewing boxes since 2018 and I love the luxury of trying new products, I'm also balancing it out by dabbling in a little bit of homesteading, too. We now have 4 chickens and a rabbit and my sourdough starter is going strong! I love learning about new brands and sharing the great things I find with others in hopes that they find something new to love or to fit their needs!

This is the worst company! My granddaughters winter box was “stuck in customs” also and when I emailed about it they said it was “lost in shipping”. But they assured me they would send a replacement, but she has yet to see it! GRRR but yet they turn around and charge me again……what kind of company and what kind of people are running this place. I have since cancelled and plan on letting everyone I know to NOT EVER subscribe to this crap!

This is the Worse box we received. No bow no shirt wrapping paper really. The stamp kit some won’t work because there to big to fit in the ink canceled my subscription maybe $10 dollars worth of items and that being reasonable.

The past JoJo Siwa boxes have been decent but the last one, clearly intended for pre-holiday arrival, arrived mid-January. The box was filled with holiday items (holiday wrapping paper, cookie cutter, gift labels, etc.) that are clearly of no use in January unless you want to store them for a year. When contacting customer service, who are only available via email (no phone or personal contact), I was told I could return it if it had not been open and I paid for the return. When I explained I did not know what was in it until opening, they told me I could package it back up and take it to a post office (not extremely convenient). Needless to say, we canceled and are not thrilled with the customer service.

I’m wondering how we go about tracking our box that is still NOT here yet?? I understand it’s hung up in Customs, but will this happen every month?? I do understand I will be getting 2 extra gifts for the late delivery which I’m sure my granddaughter will love, but I wish I could find out where this box is?

I ordered the box in November and also received the email right before Christmas that my box may be held up in US Customs. How does that even happen yet other people received theirs. I was so disappointed. I was also disappointed that to me anyways one of the biggest parts of the box is getting the bow and there was no bow in the videos I saw. I emailed and they canceled my box right away and I should receive my refund in a couple days. I think the execution of the box was poorly done and the items in this box were not the best for a child either.

Not a subscriber, but I think they should’ve put in a hat to match the scarf.

Hi AMH! They actually sent a cute hat last quarter that works well with the scarf! 🙂

I got the email that mine is stuck in customs also. 🙁 They are sending an extra exclusive t-shirt plus an extra item in the spring box but still a bummer. Our girl has a birthday in late January so I guess we’ll save it for that. 🙂

Ya I got same email. I was okay with it but after seeing the box seems like everything Christmas . I love all items but If we don’t receive until January they should send us different products. They charged in October can we get our money back? This kinda worries me bc they have had issues with other boxes thanks

Aww! Well hopefully the extra items will make it more special!

Glad you got yours and enjoyed it! Mine is supposedly stuck in customs and will not be here before Christmas. Extremely disappointing. This would have been the first box for each of my girls and I was excited to see the excitement on their face Christmas morning. Oh well!
I did ask for a refund and it was promptly given.

i didn’t receive and email about anything, yet my granddaughter has not received her box. On the website, it just says ‘unfulfilled’. I’m okay with her getting it late as long as she gets it, but something informing me that it would be late would have been nice.

My sub is also stuck in customs, not sure why this even happens. This is something I ordered for one of my granddaughters. I guess if this comes after the holiday she will appreciate having an after Christmas gift.

Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that! 😞
