My wife Currie Faye passed away November 27,2022. I cancelled the Beauty Box 1/2/2023. I spoke to a person called Julian. There should be no balance owed.

Contact your card and let them know. Explain that you have tried to cancel with the company but they keep charging you. Good luck and I’m sorry for your loss.

Why aren’t the Macy’s boxes getting reviewed anymore? The last review was October and none after that. It’s nice to get a product review and value for each box especially since the smaller samples don’t include directions and I ended up smearing the Kiehls glow lotion on my face thinking it was a moisturizer and ut ended up being a highlighter.

My box got lost in the email. 🙁 I contacted Macy’s about sending me another one. They said that couldn’t be done, but they refunded me the next day. Great customer service

So Macys wants to charge $10.95 to ship a $10 item, which pretty much makes the coupons worthless for me. That combined with the tiny sample sizes is enough to make me cancel. I’d rather pick up a couple Target boxes. At least I can actually use the Target coupons.

I was just on macys.com shopping for something to spend my $10 coupon on. Now it says, “Free shipping at $49”! So I’ll have to pay for shipping to use my $10 off. Grrr…

The Hush app just did the same thing at the beginning of the year. They started charging a flat fee for orders under $25. But Macy’s going with a $49 purchase for free shipping is way too much IMO. One of the things I liked about them was beauty products shipped free. I am really not happy Macy’s! This will definitely impact my shopping with them, and even the $5-10 coupon won’t make much difference for me anymore. I might end up canceling soon. This is really upsetting.

This sub has its pros and cons. Great brands but samples are too teeny to try properly. Nice coupons I always use but it makes me spend more money too.
However, the bag is always great and this pom pom one is even cuter in person.

Honestly until I found MSA and swapping makeup became an interest I didn’t even know about spoiler sites and the boxes were actually a surprise each month! A very tiny bit of me misses the surprise but ya they aren’t obligated to release anything. Releasing spoilers causes people to unsub & resub. If it was my company I wouldn’t want my subscribers constantly doing that! Just my opinion!

I think it is smart(for them) the way they do it. Ipsy always had me subscribing and unsubscribing. Yeah, sometimes I miss the surprise too. But not enough to “not” click on it😀. Other peoples enthusiasm also makes me more excited to try a product.

I kept waiting to get this sub, and every month I would be kicking myself because I didn’t sub the month before. They always include a coupon for either $5 or $10 and beauty ships free. I have been really happy with this sub and the coupons really increase the value for me. So if you’re on the fence with this one, look at previous spoilers and that will give you a good idea of what they send. But I think they really give you your money’s worth.

It’ll be my second month. Great brands. I don’t “need” any of it, but they are good products, their bags are higher quality than ipsy and I can always use the coupon. It is odd timing though, that they post spoilers the same morning that they charged my credit card. I realize it would’ve been too late to cancel anyway, but it would be nice if they posted the spoilers first, and then put the charge through.

i like this box so far, this will be my second month. im confused though doesn’t it advertise full or deluxe sized products. only full size is eye masks, rest are sample sized. not complaining, just curious.

November had a $15 pair of osfm underpants by wacoal. December had a full size Sakura shower foam and a $10 coupon. Some samples are small but I usually quite pleased with them.

I’ve been subscribing for a year now – They’re all deluxe-size samples with the occasional full-size item and a perfume sample. The coupons can be used on clearance and sale items, and they occasionally give a $10 instead of just $5 off coupon 🙂 Those are my favorite!
