  2. I’m Annual and I’ve had my box + Add Ons a while (three weeks or so). It stinks that so many people are still waiting. I keep going back and forth about cancelling. Like others, I think the quality of the items lately has been inconsistent but overall I still feel I’m getting my $45-a-box worth. I’m leaning towards keeping my Annual sub for continued access to add-ons. I have gotten so many amazing high end products for almost nothing. I do hope FFF is listening about the product selections. I guess we’ll see.

  3. Anyone have a fave add-on you received with the winter box? Mine is the skyn oxygen infused night cream. I’m obsessed.

    • The ettitude pillow cases! But it took over a month to get them…

    • The free pesto, honestly! I’m a huge pesto fan but my partner is lactose intolerant, so being able to treat myself to a new pesto variety really broadened my horizons. Definitely going to sneak some of that stuff into our cart next time we go shopping! 🙂

  4. I am in the first shipment too with add on. They debuted my account Nov 10th. Still has not shipped called twice, no explanation. Asked for refund, refused one 🙁 Really disappointing!

    • Shari-login to the forums. They’re helping and responding to us left and right. I’m an annual with Add Ons and got my box shipped ground to me (they started overnighting them but I had an add on that didn’t allow it).

  8. I have direct our hard earned dollars to more thoughtfully curated subs that include high quality items.

    IMO
    After the last two boxes, FFF has modified their business model. I’m not interested in Fingerhut quality hero items being marketed as “Luxe” or “Premium”.

    It’s crazy because this was my first sub box…so I can thank them for starting a new hobby 😊

    Since they have hit 1 million subscribers, maybe they will transition back to incorporating some real value items, that are unique, respectable quality or durable.

    • Thank you for writing what I’ve been thinking! The “blanket” aka fuzzy lap Thingy was disappointing-the jade roller I had to bend to make it roll-the add one sadly were my favorite items!
      I’m giving then another month with the hope the quality goes back up! (And I’m tired of seeing Bonuses for signing up-nothing for 2nd year-3rd year etc.

      • I love the summer box but i dont know what happened with this fall box. I cancelled my subscription. The items were such poor quality.

      • I’ve been thinking the same thing (“nothing for 2nd and 3rd year etc”). I had two subscriptions (using 2 different emails). I canceled the first one after my first annual sub ran out and now I get email after email offering me all sorts of deals to resubscribe. Yet they offer me nothing with the annual sub I still have (along with the $500+ in addons I purchase every season), AND it takes them FOREVER to send my boxes to me (weeks after others have their boxes). It really irritates the f%$# out of me.

    • Hi. Totally agree. This fall box was pretty bad. That blanket and jade roller seem like cheap stuff you buy at chinatown. I cancelled my subscription. If they dont set up they are going to loose a lot of customers.

  9. I am an annual subscriber and should be in the first round of shipments. My box STILL has not shipped and I agree with above statement. How about take care of the orders you still have waiting first!

    • They had until the 10th to ship your box out if in 1st or “1.5” batch, you should contact customer service! I heard of some getting credit last time people didnt get their box shipped by deadline. Good luck!

    • My thoughts exactly, it’s always the spoilers that me and then I’m hooked. Stay strong girl 😃😃

  11. I recieved my winter box & about 10 add-ons on November 17th – I’m not sure why I would revive it so early if their shipment dates are set for December 10th & 25th? I LOVE the ad-ons and Edit Sales – but I’m actually grateful it’s the day after Christmas – hopefully I’ll feel guilty buying anything!! 😁

    • I got mine about the same time. I was shocked to get it before the supposed shipping date. I’m wondering if they had stock issues or something. I feel bad for all the people that haven’t gotten theirs yet.

It’s really depressing to see them advertising the upcoming edit sale when the box I paid for a month ago hasn’t even shipped yet. :/ With all the inventory issues and shipping delays they are already experiencing, and with the holidays approaching, how are they expecting to pull this off? They really should be spending their energy on processing the orders that are already in the queue!

    • Keep in mind how many subscribers they have. And it sounds like you’re in the second wave of shipping which hasn’t shipped yet. Check their shipping schedules.

      • It says on their site in the shipping schedule that first round ships December 10th and second round starts December 25th.

        • They have until those 2 dates to ship out, however 2nd batch has already started before 1 +1.5 have finished shipping! So I think there are some annuals w out boxes still which is really terrible.
          So yes, they should get their issues under control before having to deal with more…

          • I hear you. I’ve gotten all my boxes pretty fast- until now. Just arrived yesterday. AFTER it shipped, weeks after charging me, I get an email that , oops, we are out of these three items. Then sent a refund almost a month LATE. If they can’t keep their inventory accurate, they should stop expanding. Then a few days later I get ANOTHER email that yet another item isn’t included, and “may ship separately “. Um, hello, my box shipped a week ago. You knew when it shipped what was missing. If you can’t get your act together to know what your inventory is when I place my order, you definitely know what it is the exact day it shipped. So the person who yet again haphazardly packed my box could have taken a moment to notify me the DAY OF packing my box that FOUR items were missing. Not days later. FFF needs to hire people with common sense. Of course, that comes from the top. I have one more box as an annual. Then I’m canceling. Too many disappointments. Broken items never replaced. Missing items. Poor pack jobs. Waiting in a que with 95 others for customer service. Not worth my time. I can find cheap mittens and Ahava cream at the store if I want them. Which I do not. Boring box. If I could have skipped it I would have. I would guess that there are a TON left over so those will be sold for half off. No reason to be an annual if I pay a premium price and don’t get the items I ordered the FIRST day of the sale.

      • Thanks for the snark, but no, I am in group 1. Annual member with add-ons. I was billed on November 10th. Box still has not shipped, and CS told me it may be up to 2 more weeks before it does.

        They prioritize new members over existing ones, so the longer you’ve been with them, the farther down you are in the queue.

        • I feel like they have no rhyme or reason to how they ship! I’m an annual, and had lots of add ons…and I’ve had my box for several weeks now. But last year at this time I was also an annual with add ons…and I don’t think my box even arrived by Christmas! I just don’t get it…

        • I would be furious. I don’t know what is going on with them. I got my box yesterday and I’m an annual with add ons. I bought my DIL a annual membership in Nov and her box hasn’t shipped yet. I’m regretting buying this for her. Go on the community forum on the website and tell them what’s going on. They seem to respond to people on there. I hope you get it soon. They’re going to start losing quite a few subscribers if they don’t get their act together.

    • I had the same problem with my fall box. They were advertising the fall edit sale and they still had no idea when my box would even ship. It is super depressing. Sorry you are dealing with this as well.
