  1. My mystery item was a Spongelle and a Doucce Punk Volumizer…..while I appreciate that they gave me TWO mystery items in order to go over the “$25+” item total stated, I feel like these are items that wouldnt even total $20 if I got them in the add-ons. Pretty lame.

    This has been my least favorite FFF box by far. So. Many. Goops. Probably hopping off the annual subscription wagon when it comes around again. Bummer. I used to love this box.

  2. This was the worst box I’ve received. It was not worth the price. I cancelled my sub today. Perhaps, I’ll re-sub for the Spring if they have awesome spoilers!

  6. I’m annual and had some add-ons and I’m still waiting for my box.

    • Me too and I’m not happy! I ordered several add-on items as Christmas gifts and so I’m seriously hoping that it will arrive before Christmas!!

      • They should arrive before Christmas, I received email confirmation I will receive mine on 12/17

    • Me, too! I’m generally patient but it’s starting to wear thin.

    • Two of my add-ons were canceled I am just disgusted they were both going to be Christmas gifts.

  7. I’m so glad I switched to BOXYLUXE! I love ft but I had to choose for financial reasons and for me BOXYCHARM/BOXYLUXE is so much better. It probably why fff had to drop the price so they can be sold out.

  9. I signed up for the starter box, just paid $5 for shipping. I was going to sign up for seasonal, but I didn’t because I still haven’t received the box and it’s been over a month. Email said it would ship within 10 days, after I chatted with CS they sent tracking, but it is still only a label, no movement. I’m disappointed and reading about what annual subscribers deal with isn’t enticing me to sign up. I’m disappointed.


  11. I Wish us Annual members get are boxes before Christmas I Am going to Unsubscribe After my next box they do not care after they got you in their Hooks

    • WOW. Annual subs still haven’t received theirs? I ordered a bunch of add-ons (which usually slows down shipment I assume.) and I still got mine November 20th. Plus they seem to do this deal quite a bit as I got my box for 40% off too.
      Isn’t annual like 179.99? So you only save $20 for commiting to a full year when they have $20 off deals for a single box all the time?
      Hope you get yours before Christmas.

    • I received my box a week ago and I’m an annual subscriber. I didn’t get any add ons this time. Maybe that is why it’s taken longer. For some reason I always get my box really fast. Hope you get yours soon. I think it’s a gteat box. They just keep getting better I feel like. I’ve been a member since early 2015 and the boxes are way better now and I love all the perks.

  12. Wow, wouldn’t it be nice if those of us that are annual members would have received our boxes before they start selling boxes to new members??

    • I received my box a week ago and I’m annual. Could depend a lot on your location and shipper

    • I did notice that a lot of my friends who weren’t annual subscribers (or who just signed up recently) received their boxes at least 2-3 weeks before I did. We are live within the same city!

  13. What if I previously subscribed to the summer box and then cancelled before the autumn box. Could I resubscribe and use the joyful40 code? Or is this only for people who have never subscribed before?

    • Their codes generally work if you sign up using a new email address.

      • It doesn’t work for me, how did you do it?

  15. Isn’t it fun when you sign up for something and then there’s a better deal soon after? Fun stuff. ***repeats to myself all that I’m grateful for so I can calm down.*** Lol

    • Indeed it is.

    • Depending on how soon after, sometimes, if you contact CS and ask nicely, they will honor the deal. I’ve had some luck in the past.

      • I signed up for my first FFF box 4 days ago. I just called to see if I could get the discount since it was so recent and they said because I used the MSA10 code they can’t apply this one to my order.

        They did credit me $10 for my next box though. But I wasn’t planning on staying subscribed. But for $10 off maybe I will.

        Bummer on the timing though. I should have waited a few more days.

        • That’s awesome! It’s an extra $10, you wouldn’t get otherwise. If the spoilers look good, it might be worth it. For $20 off, I’m a little tempted to jump on this box. It’s all nice stuff. But I’m not in love with any of it.

    • Yes, you can.

    • No

      • You can customize the same items any seasonal subscriber could customize. I did it about hakf an hour ago.

    • I am still a little confused. It said earlier that the customizing option was only available in early NOV. Some say you can now do it, though? I would have ordered a few weeks ago, but I wanted to customize my box, so I did not order it. How do you do it through chat? Is this after you place your order? I thought you would customize it as you are setting up your account and ordering the box though? Thanks for the help!
