We are writing to let you know that we are making some changes here at Yuzen. As usual, we are busy searching for new products, but the big change is that we are no longer offering a subscription program. Don’t worry! We will still create new boxes for you to explore, enjoy, and share with others—just not as a seasonal subscription.
What does this mean for your current subscription(s)?
The Winter box you received earlier this month is the last box we will automatically ship you. We will not automatically charge you for any additional boxes in the future. From now on, you can only obtain Yuzen boxes by ordering them directly from our website.
What can you expect from Yuzen in the future?
Rest assured, you can still count on us to bring you boxes full of high-quality products.
What if you haven’t received your Winter box this month?
If you haven’t received a box yet, it’s likely we weren’t able to charge your credit card successfully on November 5th. You can easily update your information and pay by logging into your Yuzen Customer Profile (access to your profile will be available until 11/26).
If you paid on November 5th, but haven’t received your box, please let us know. Our Customer Service Team is here to help.
