I sent them a email weeks ago inquiring about my box. Tonight I got this email from them.
Thank you for your recent Box of Style purchase. Unfortunately, we oversold the Oribe Lipstick gift with purchase. As a token of our sincerest apologies we are sending our fan favorite items –– the Kopari Lip Love and Coconut Rose Toner. We value your membership and hope you enjoy these products as much as our members have. These will be coming separate from your box, so please expect a shipping notification next week.

Hi,
I’m not okay with that substitute. I bought the box because of the Black Friday deal, which included three items Smith + Cult palette, Osea hydrating oil and Oribe lipstick, which value at $118
And you wanna replace those items with two items you featured in a box over a year ago, which only have a combined value of $40. I would much rather you refund me my money, then send me old product. You falsely advertised. That’s not very good customer service. If you can’t send me what I purchased then please reimburse me ASAP.

Seriously I’m so done with them. I’ve cancelled with them and had them wrongly charge me and refuse to reimburse me because they sent me a box. They have the absolute worst customer service. I bought this winter box only because of the Black Friday sale, I figured I could gift the box items as Christmas gifts and keep the bundle for myself. I have no desire or need for the “weak” substitutions they’re giving. They are falsely advertising and mistreating their customers loyalty. I expected more from a company that is suppose to represent Rachel Zoe! Sadly This box isn’t worth the headaches
