I got a completely different clutch it looks more like a small tablet holder(?) same brand and it’s called the name/color I selected but it is NOT the bee bag and I was planning on gifting it! Also no rose or candle!

For the 45% off of the annual price I paid for this…so about $60…I am MORE than happy with this box! At full price…well, probably not so much. It’s definitely heavy on the skincare, but the pouch is really pretty and nice quality, and I love the bracelet too.

I just got my box and I love it! I fell in love with the Lull have cream from a previous box. Tha babgke is gorgeous and so is the bag. The serum is fantastic. I’m pleased.

I got my box and love most of it. Did anyone get the everlasting rose that was advertised in their email? I didn’t get one and was just wondering.

I didn’t get the rose thing, but I did get an unexpected Pop Up candle in Orion’s Nebula and my Lull item was the Nuit Celeste hand cream. I prefer the candle to the rose, but it sounds like not everyone got the candle (?)

Same, I got the candle and hand cream. Love the hand cream, but the eye serum is ok, i’ve used better from the Faceshop.
Overall this box was nice. I love the clutch in velvet but got in beige which was ok since I could coordinate it well with my outfits – BUT I did ask for BLACK.
The bangle was thin and wish it was the wider one.
In Canadian dollars with shipping it cost me over $200 – expensive and NOT worth the value.

Got my box today- did get my choice of the clutch and the bangle. Bangle is very thin- but nice, The rest of the box is a couple of the standard beauty products and a small leather key chain – a leather bookmark and one sheet of a face mask. Other than the 2 featured items- box is totally unremarkable. Had high hopes that this box was going to be good again – but the strange items just seem thrown together for fillers…

Does anyone know if the customization email has already gone out? I just (against my better judgement) renewed my annual, and don’t want to miss out on customizing. I hope I don’t kick myself for renewing…there were sooo many hassles with this box…but for under $60/box I figured it was worth chanceing it.

I purchased annual, and didn’t get charged tax…maybe it depends which state you’re in? It worked out to $59.58 per box for me…

Just be aware that if there are issues with your box or items missing the likelihood of you actually receiving the replacement items are VERY slim. Customer service will respond and promise a package is going out that week. However it is never actually sent. I’ve literally been waiting on items for over a YEAR. I have tons of emails from Ashley promising to send the items, it just never happens. I finally just gave up, it just wasn’t worth the constant back and forth emails. I actually loved my Ouiplease boxes. However due to the lack of customer service I will not be resubscribing for another year.

I think oui please is improving. Loved my last box and Ashley has responded promptly to me. I know that is not the case with everyone. I just renewed my annual based on the improvements.

I’m tempted to renew mine. I subscribed for one year and I didn’t have any issues. Yes, some boxes were late but I was always happy with the contents. I really loved this last box (the candle was a really nice surprise, it smells divine) but I also really loved the box with the little marcel bag. That became my main pool bag. I think I am going to wait to see if they offer a BF special.
I think their men’s box is amazing.

I like the large bangle. I wonder if it’s included or if it’s the thinner bangle. I’d love the clutch too. Looks like a great box but I am hesitant due to others’ past experiences.

It looks like just the thinner bangle will be the choice but customer service has gotten much better. I like being able to choose a color. I got everything I chose for the last box. And it shipped out quickly. OP is getting it together for sure!
