This looks like the best box they’ve had in years! I’ve emailed my requests but haven’t gotten a reply, which isn’t all that unusual with them. I’m just hoping they got it! Fingers crossed they are back on track!

Just please be aware if something is wrong with any of the items in your box customer service will not fix it for you!!

I am having the same problems. Customer service has become unresponsive, but I have emails to prove my claim. I was thinking about resubscribing but probably won’t now as I don’t trust them.

Seriously, though, this company is tres shady. They continue to charge me for a subscription I cancelled 10 months ago. I have to dispute the charge every time and deal with “Ashley” who is always *so* sorry and claims that this is the first she’s heard I’ve cancelled (even though I have multiple emails from her saying the same thing each and every time. Steer clear.

I had an issue with a sub box and called customer service for my credit card (Chase),
they were able to put a ‘block’ on any future attempts by the subscription…
You could try something like that if they keep putting charges on your card.

They have not gotten their act together. I am due one more box and have an email to prove it. I have emailed Ashley twice about this and gotten no response back. I was planning to renew my membership once there was a 30% off coupon. No way now. I don’t feel like i can trust them to actually honor their commitments.
