For those who had boxes involved in the accident/replacement issue- have you received your new box?? Mine still shows as label printed. 🙁

I was unaware of a truck accident, until I tried cancelling and they were wondering why I’d cancel an item that I already paid for, haha! It was upsetting, because I had ALREADY paid for the month and was confused why they were charging me twice, according to the email received out of the blue. Just so that no one else gets confused, the rep explained that the email will just show the amount of the value of the box, but we are not being charged twice.

To answer your question, though, YES, I did receive my box last week. Everything was in it, and the big surprise item to me is the 3-in-1 facial wash. I LOVE it. I have so many Tacha, Clarins, Sunday Riley, Elemis, Caudelie, plus a ton of J-Beauty and K-Beauty double-cleanse systems. It’s really lovely.

Mine arrived the 17th. It didn’t display progress in USPS tracking until it was out for delivery. I’m in Texas.

I contacted Customer Service and they said since the order contained a hazmat item that it had to be shipped via ground instead of air so it takes about two weeks to get it.

But the first round of boxes still got to people quickly?? Makes no sense.

I haven’t received mine either. The label was printed on Oct 11th but that’s it. 🙁

Does anyone know if you can order a second box for that same price or do you need to pay the $35?

Yes, but why? Just order two subscriptions for $25 each and save $20. You can wait for the spoilers to come out or cancel one or both right away.

You should be able to start a second sub and pay the lower price (cancel whenever you want). I’m still waiting for my box to ship. They had to restock after the first truckload was involved in an accident. I don’t know how many extras they have, so you might want to order sooner rather than later.

Most US residents should have their boxes now. This is to advise that my box never shipped, and when I talked to CS just now, they said there was a hazmat incident with one of the large shipments going out of the warehouse.

If your shipment only has a label created and it was several days ago, you may need to contact Dermstore CS by chat and ask them about your box status. They are very nice and helpful.

Have you received your replacement box?

I got mine the 17th. Tracking wasn’t updating, so the first thing I saw was out for delivery.

I received 2 emails. The first was an RMA label. The second was a new order for the October box that states $34.95 as the price. No action is necessary. This is just the way they are processing the damaged boxes and replacements. I was not charged a second time, just the subscription price for the first order on October 3. I called before reading this post.

LOVE this box! Immediately used the heel/elbow cream, I have a problem with dry cracked heels, and WOW. With just one use I see a big difference, can’t wait to use it several times! So for any of you that don’t want it, please send it my way! Can’t wait to try the other items! Probably the only thing in the box I won’t use is the perfume sample, just not me. But overall, very impressed and two full size, again wow! Keep the coming!

I was very excited to try it (I’ve been wanting to try a Tocca perfume for a while, especially Cleopatra) but it didn’t end up working for me – ends up just smelling like a heavy musky floral powder on me. But now I know, lol. The rest of the box is very useful!

This box never ceases to amaze me! The Rene Furterer mask is amazing! I use a toning shampoo that really dries out my hair and using the mask afterwards has made such a difference. My hair is now bouncey, full, soft and my ends are tamed and not frazzled. So nice to get a full size too – my hair is fine – but I have a lot of it and foils of hair product are never enough to tell if the product is something I would purchase.

I got home from vacation to this beauty in my mailbox. I absolutely love this box. I am new the the subscription box game but man oh man am I making up for lost time. I have hit the big makeup ones and this one. I honestly think this one is my favorite. I am so happy with it I am thinking of giving one as a gift for Christmas. Now can’t wait for next months.
