Sock Panda Tween Girls September 2018 Review
Well, look at that! Looks like Sock Panda got some fancy new packaging that is a plastic resealable bag that you can reuse or recycle.
Lightning Bolt Socks
Whoa, I love the colors used on these! The bright yellow background mixed with the light blue and black make these really stand out! As always, you can tell that these are really well-made socks and come with great details like "sock panda" written across the toes and "give back" on the bottom. They're breathable and made of 85% Peruvian cotton, 10% nylon, and 5% spandex which makes for a comfy sock that I find a lot better than a fully acrylic sock. Now that cooler weather is on its way in, I'll get more use of these calf-length numbers. I like that the heel, toes, and cuff all have the matching light blue color while the lightning bolts pop against that background. I also appreciate how well these fit my small feet.
Lion Wearing Sunglasses and a Bow Tie Socks
Next up we have this super unique design that features what looks to be a lion wearing a bright red bow tie and sunglasses that echo the lightning bolts from the other pair of socks but in red. Very Bowie. These are made of the same 85/10/5 blend as the other pair but have a totally different colorway. The black line drawing of the lion is black, against a cream background with the red accents making up the bow tie, sunglasses, and multiple small glasses and bow ties tossed around. The toes, heel, and cuffs match in this pair as well with black and they have the same "sock panda" branding across the toe and "give back" on the bottoms. A really neat pair to wear when you don't need quite as much color.
Verdict: Sock Panda was super fun once again and always delivers quality made socks that give a pair to someone in need with every package purchased. I really like the yellow and blue socks this month and can't wait to rock them.
