  1. I’m getting Box #772

Here are Sephora’s first spoilers per the community page

Your September box will contain one of these innovative products: boscia Cactus Water Moisturizer; NUDESTIX Intense Matte Lip + Cheek Pencil in Kiss; or OLEHENRIKSEN Truth Serum.

  2. i got 764 and how can i see which prodact is there?

  3. Yes please, this girl would love that moisturizer 🙂

  4. I got box 756, i wonder what i will get this month… i wish sephora would send at least 1 full size product each month like ipsy does. Lately i have been getting 2 full size products from ipsy or a deluxe size.
I got all deluxe sizes in my sephora last month which was Amazing…. im hoping that it happens again this month. I like the products that i got last month… i hope this months products are really good too

  5. I subbed today again today. I hope I get this months.

  6. If i knew i was going to get this I would resub, but with no guarantee they’re not getting my money.

I’ll totally swap someone for this though!

  7. I have box#715! I’M SO EXCITED!

    • Same! I wonder what’s in it!

  8. #764 as well. Last month was one of the best boxes I’ve ever gotten. Hoping for another win this month!

    • I’m 764 too!!😊
Play! Has been on point lately!💗

      • 764 too!! lol

  9. I have to wait for sephora to charge me before i learn my box number. I hope my box this month is really good. I wasn’t happy with last month box…until i in the mail and seen the size of my deluxe samples… and they were filled to the top so i cant complain. The Anastasia clear brow gel works great. I cant wait to see all of the spoilers

  10. #772 here. I’ve got my profile geared toward dry and aging, so let’s hope their mysterious algorithm sends this my way…my dry skin would loooove this! My dark, coarse, dry hair would also love some hair products OTHER volumizers, texturizers, and shampoo for blondes with thin, oily hair. (Hint, hint Sephora: giving some of us hair masks, creams, and conditioners that work for us is a great way to make customers happy and actually try to seems like you’re being inclusive!)

    • 780 here and I am also a dry, aging, brunette.

      • Me too!

  11. Please explain how the rewards work. This is not like ipsy! Apparently, you have to make a real purchase of something else to redeem the item with reward points – is this correct? Their website does not really explain. Thanks ladies!!!

    • You earn $1 per dollar spent. They now have faster earning for VIB (x1.25) and Rouge (x1.5). (VIB is someone who spends $350 in a year; Rouge is $1000.) If you want to redeem ONLINE, yes, you have to order something else (but this is no different from Ipsy) so that something is shipped to you, although I believe that with 750 point items or above, you do NOT need to order something (those high point items are also not in stores). If you live near a store, you can just go redeem your points for whatever items they have available; you do not have to purchase something else.

    • You get a card each month worth 50 points to redeem with any purchase at a physical Sephora store or JC Penney Sephora. These points are added to your Beauty Insider account. When you build 100+ points, you can redeem for sample size reward bonuses on the Sephora website (not in-store). It’s a way of getting you to make a purchase in-store, but also online. It sucks for people who don’t live near a physical store, and for those who dislike buying online. Hope that helps! 🙂

      • You can use the little card that adds 50 points on to your account either in store or online. They just started letting you add the 50 points online recently though.

Also, you can redeem your points in store or online. Whichever you prefer. 🙂

        • Thank you Jenn and Keista! You should write their FAQs page, since they didn’t LOL.

        • They only let you add the points online for that 1 month this summer, i think it was june. Now they can be redeemed in store only.

        • Thanks, Keista…it’s good to know. It’s great to hear that they finally changed that. Too many people don’t live close to a Sephora store, so I’m happy to hear Sephora stepped up and made it more fair for everyone!

    • Here’s the correct info. For each bag, you get a 50 points bonus card. Each sample you can redeem for is at least 100 points, so 2 bags gets you a free item, or you can save your points for bigger rewards. The 50-point card can only be redeemed in a store (Sephora or JcPenney Sephora) when you purchase something else (face masks, etc. are lost-cost options). There was one month where we could use the card online, but otherwise, all are in-store. Then you can trade your points for bonus items either in the store or online. Store is easier if you’re already there to redeem a 50-point bonus card.

  12. I left this box for Allure, but the August, September and October spoilers for Allure did not excite me, so I canceled. Thinking of returning to this sub. They sure offered a huge variety of products and brands. I could do this again for a few months.

  13. I have box #681 and have no idea what is in it lol Liked July’s box but didn’t really like August so hoping September is better.

    • 681 here too! Thank God for spoilers – I’m so impatient, I hate the waiting. My August box is still sitting on my vanity untouched, so hopefully this one is better!

    • Same! I cant wait to see whats in the box:)

    • This is my box as well. Hoping for good products 🙂

  14. I’m getting #699 and hope this Cactus Water is in it!

    • Hi can you tell me how you know which # box you are getting?

      • Dee – gonto Sephora .com on your browser, not using the app. Log on to your account and look up your recent orders. Click on your play order. The number everyone is talking about is the last 3 digits of the ITEM number on your order. It’s located next to the pic of the box once you click on the order. Remember, it’s not the order number – it’s the ITEM NUMBER, LAST 3 DIGITS. Good luck!

        • Thank U … THANK U ..THANK YOU!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤗🤗🤗😤😤😤😤 you’re the first person to actually tell us step by step on how or what our boxes will look like and again I want to say thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤩💋🤩💋😃💨😘😘😘 Finally NOW I understand Yaaaaaay

  15. It’s not “hydrated” cream, it’s “hydrating”.

  16. I would love to try this!

  17. I’m pretty mad at Sephora right now. I ordered the August box (first box) on August 15 they took the money but I never got a box. Now it’s September and I got charged but this one has an item number.

    • Call customer service I had the same issue. I subscribed on the 18th because on the website it stated “current box” (Abh brow gel, Hoola bronzer, Origins mask, aoui shampoo and conditioner, makeup 4 ever lipstick and Livingproof styler) I told them there no where on the website about any deadline for the box, so I was billed for August and 3 days later I got the box.

  18. Wasn’t necessarily on my want list, but I love trying out good skincare and would be really happy if I were to get this in my box.

Just in case reps from Sephora filter through these comments, I’m kind of surprised we haven’t seen the new Sephora Collection Colorful Eyeshadows in a box yet. They were very recently reformulated/launched but haven’t really received enough notice. And they’re really good too. I thought for sure they’d stick a mini shadow in everyones box to showcase them. I mean, they’ve put so many Sephora Collection lip products and a nice assortment of Sephora Collection face products, skin care and eyeliners; I was sure they’d use Play! to get attention for these eyeshadows too.

  19. I know I’m getting box #764 and I cannot wait to see what’s in itttt!

    • Hi 😀 can u please explain how u know which box?? I downloaded the app but I can never figure out what box I get?? Please advise Thank You 👊👊💞💞💞🤗💋🙃😀💃🙌🏻🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😎

      • Yeh it’s super easy! So first you have to login to Sephora on Safari or Chrome (it won’t let you see it through the app) then go to your orders, click on your September play box order, then scroll to the bottom and you’ll see the item number, mine for this month is ****764 and my box number is the last 3 digits, so 764.

        • Thank you so much I appreciate it and now I’m going to go run and check🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🤩🤩🤩🤩🙏🙏🙏🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤗🤗💃 again thank you and God bless thank you thank you thank you thank you

  20. Hope this is in all of the Sephora play boxes!!! I want to try this so bad!!! 🙂

    • Same here!

      • Your September box will contain one of these innovative products: boscia Cactus Water Moisturizer; NUDESTIX Intense Matte Lip + Cheek Pencil in Kiss; or OLEHENRIKSEN Truth Serum.

  21. My friend got this in a Voxbox recently and just showed it to me this morning. Had never heard of it before… coincidence. She loves it though
