I got box 756, i wonder what i will get this month… i wish sephora would send at least 1 full size product each month like ipsy does. Lately i have been getting 2 full size products from ipsy or a deluxe size.
I got all deluxe sizes in my sephora last month which was Amazing…. im hoping that it happens again this month. I like the products that i got last month… i hope this months products are really good too

I have to wait for sephora to charge me before i learn my box number. I hope my box this month is really good. I wasn’t happy with last month box…until i got.it in the mail and seen the size of my deluxe samples… and they were filled to the top so i cant complain. The Anastasia clear brow gel works great. I cant wait to see all of the spoilers

#772 here. I’ve got my profile geared toward dry and aging, so let’s hope their mysterious algorithm sends this my way…my dry skin would loooove this! My dark, coarse, dry hair would also love some hair products OTHER volumizers, texturizers, and shampoo for blondes with thin, oily hair. (Hint, hint Sephora: giving some of us hair masks, creams, and conditioners that work for us is a great way to make customers happy and actually try to seems like you’re being inclusive!)

Please explain how the rewards work. This is not like ipsy! Apparently, you have to make a real purchase of something else to redeem the item with reward points – is this correct? Their website does not really explain. Thanks ladies!!!

Here’s the correct info. For each bag, you get a 50 points bonus card. Each sample you can redeem for is at least 100 points, so 2 bags gets you a free item, or you can save your points for bigger rewards. The 50-point card can only be redeemed in a store (Sephora or JcPenney Sephora) when you purchase something else (face masks, etc. are lost-cost options). There was one month where we could use the card online, but otherwise, all are in-store. Then you can trade your points for bonus items either in the store or online. Store is easier if you’re already there to redeem a 50-point bonus card. https://www.sephora.com/faqs-play

You get a card each month worth 50 points to redeem with any purchase at a physical Sephora store or JC Penney Sephora. These points are added to your Beauty Insider account. When you build 100+ points, you can redeem for sample size reward bonuses on the Sephora website (not in-store). It’s a way of getting you to make a purchase in-store, but also online. It sucks for people who don’t live near a physical store, and for those who dislike buying online. Hope that helps! ๐

You can use the little card that adds 50 points on to your account either in store or online. They just started letting you add the 50 points online recently though.
Also, you can redeem your points in store or online. Whichever you prefer. ๐

You earn $1 per dollar spent. They now have faster earning for VIB (x1.25) and Rouge (x1.5). (VIB is someone who spends $350 in a year; Rouge is $1000.) If you want to redeem ONLINE, yes, you have to order something else (but this is no different from Ipsy) so that something is shipped to you, although I believe that with 750 point items or above, you do NOT need to order something (those high point items are also not in stores). If you live near a store, you can just go redeem your points for whatever items they have available; you do not have to purchase something else.

I left this box for Allure, but the August, September and October spoilers for Allure did not excite me, so I canceled. Thinking of returning to this sub. They sure offered a huge variety of products and brands. I could do this again for a few months.

Hi can you tell me how you know which # box you are getting?

Jamie
Dee – gonto Sephora .com on your browser, not using the app. Log on to your account and look up your recent orders. Click on your play order. The number everyone is talking about is the last 3 digits of the ITEM number on your order. It’s located next to the pic of the box once you click on the order. Remember, it’s not the order number – it’s the ITEM NUMBER, LAST 3 DIGITS. Good luck!
Emilia
It’s not “hydrated” cream, it’s “hydrating”.

Iโm pretty mad at Sephora right now. I ordered the August box (first box) on August 15 they took the money but I never got a box. Now itโs September and I got charged but this one has an item number.

Call customer service I had the same issue. I subscribed on the 18th because on the website it stated “current box” (Abh brow gel, Hoola bronzer, Origins mask, aoui shampoo and conditioner, makeup 4 ever lipstick and Livingproof styler) I told them there no where on the website about any deadline for the box, so I was billed for August and 3 days later I got the box.

Wasn’t necessarily on my want list, but I love trying out good skincare and would be really happy if I were to get this in my box.
Just in case reps from Sephora filter through these comments, I’m kind of surprised we haven’t seen the new Sephora Collection Colorful Eyeshadows in a box yet. They were very recently reformulated/launched but haven’t really received enough notice. And they’re really good too. I thought for sure they’d stick a mini shadow in everyones box to showcase them. I mean, they’ve put so many Sephora Collection lip products and a nice assortment of Sephora Collection face products, skin care and eyeliners; I was sure they’d use Play! to get attention for these eyeshadows too.

Yeh itโs super easy! So first you have to login to Sephora on Safari or Chrome (it wonโt let you see it through the app) then go to your orders, click on your September play box order, then scroll to the bottom and youโll see the item number, mine for this month is ****764 and my box number is the last 3 digits, so 764.
Courtney
