I wish Ipsy would let us leave replies to reviews, There is a lady complaining about getting the Hempz lotion this month…She says “This is not what i am paying 200+ a month for”….LOL , It’s 10 dollars a month, She doesn’t even know what she’s paying, no wonder she’s mad.

she’s still exaggerating, as 10 x 12 is 120, not 200.

Hey Liz! Thanks for these updates on what is available with Ipsy points. I’m a little confused on how Ipsy cash works and I’m hoping you can help me understand. I’ve got $14.55 in Ipsy cash according to my account info. Form what I gather it is supposed to be deposited in my Paypal account but it’s been sitting there for well over a month. Do you have any insight? TIA.

Jodi – this is from the ipsy terms page:
Earning ipsy Cash.
An eligible ipsy Member has the opportunity to earn ipsy Cash by making a purchase of eligible items through their account on ipsy Shopper (“Eligible Purchase”). If you make an Eligible Purchase, the amount of ipsy Cash disclosed on the product page where the eligible item is listed for sale will be included in your ipsy Cash Account as “pending” ipsy Cash. It can take up to one hundred and forty (140) calendar days for your “pending” ipsy Cash to vest and become “available” ipsy Cash, which may then be redeemed for ipsy products or cashed out. You must remain an eligible ipsy Member and maintain your paid ipsy Membership continuously until the ipsy Cash is credited and becomes “available” in your ipsy Cash Account, and until your ipsy Cash is issued to you. We may, in our discretion, decide to make your pending ipsy Cash available sooner. Until it is credited to your account and becomes available, the ipsy Cash earned on an Eligible Purchase will be pending and will not be available for you to redeem or cash out. IF YOUR PAID MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON, OR YOU FAIL TO REMAIN AN ELIGIBLE MEMBER ON THE DAY THAT IPSY CASH IS PAID OUT, ALL OF YOUR “PENDING” AND “AVAILABLE” IPSY CASH WILL BE FORFEITED AND LOST.
So even though they make it seem like you will get your cash back as soon as you get $5 worth, it appears that it may take nearly 4 months to actually receive it.

Hi Amber! Thanks for the response. I don’t know how I wasn’t able to find that information on their site. I appreciate you digging it up. Ipsy cash sounds pretty useless. I think it also expires. It probably expires right around the time it becomes available.
