  2. I am extremely wary of this company as I have had problems with every order I’ve ever placed with them. Order one, during a sale, it took well over a month for my package to arrive…with no communication from them as to what was the delay. Order two, they sent me the entire wrong order…complete with being addressed to another person. (They did make it right, however, by sending the right order when I contacted them. ) Order three, I placed a large order during one of their sales. Several weeks later when I hadn’t received my order I contacted them…they responded right away to say they were waiting on one item and my order would ship right away. Several weeks later when I still hadn’t received anything, I logged back into my account, only to discover they had cancelled my entire order…without bothering to notify me to tell me this! Several of the items in my order were still available on their website, so I’m not sure why they didn’t at least send those. To be fair, I never had an issue receiving my monthly boxes…but due to the continued issues, I will not sub or order from them again…it’s too much of a hassle.

  3. I want to address my last post on here from last week. First of all I love Emma and Chloe. I love the jewelry too. I did have some pieces that rubbed off right away and tarnished. That being said, not all of the pieces are like that. Their beautiful and I love the history behind the individual jewelry pieces. And customer service is great in my experiences. And I’m still signed up, so that must tell me, I still have a fond love for Emma &Chloe.
