September 2018 Dapper Dog Box Review

September's delivery gets your pup styled for the Fall!

It comes with an information card that shows some possible items in your box - along with contact information for the company.

Buckles went right for the treats!

Fall Plaid Bandana - Value $12

The Dapper Dog is starting to send these every month now, and we couldn't be happier! On top of that, this Fall plaid is really perfect for Buckles, and for the upcoming season.

He refused any photos - he insisted on treats!

Polka Dot Pork Chop Bites - Value $8

We received these in our June BarkBox and totally blew right through them - if there's one thing I don't mind getting too much of - it's dog treats!

We blew through them because this little guy just loves them. I can confirm that his opinion has not changed!

Coconut Shrimp Treats – Value $8

This was another repeat, and again it was something we received in our February BarkBox.

These are a tad bit softer than the Pork Bites - which is good, because they're bigger, too. They're wheat, corn, and soy free - so they suited Buckles well.

Petlou Sandwich Toy - Value $10

It's time for back to school, so celebrate the cafeteria lunch with a sandwich or pizza slice toy.

This was on the bigger side of toys that suited our dog's size - overall, I think he just wanted an actual sandwich, though.

Zippy Paws Donut Toy – Value $6 on Amazon

This is a flashback to the January Dapper Dog Box.

This is a squeaky, stuffing-free donut toy from Zippy Paws.

it's the same color as the last one we had received - which was gifted to Penelope, who is still enjoying it.

He played with this for a tiny bit - more than last time, actually - so he might end up keeping it this time.

Verdict: The Dapper Dog Box has been doing a great job lately. This box included a few items that we've received in the past, but since the dupes were primarily dog treats, it was really a big deal to me. Overall, I love that they're including a bandana so often now - and this month's bandana design was a home run for us.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. Monthly cut-offs are the 20th of each month to get that month's box.

Buckles always puts a smile to my face. He’s the mascot for MSA readers. I just want to squeeze him. He’s lucky I can’t because I would just kiss him all over. He’s so dog gone cute

Buckles looks SO much like my Bella. Complete with the little white chin! But Bella has a little longer legs.
