Also why I cancelled mine. They touted some huge “subscriber from the beginning!” reward and I got….a cheap set of 3 small candles. Thanks? and like….you’re welcome for the $400 every year? Enough for me to cancel. FFF and D.L and co. sub gives us stuff like that with the regular box. If they say they’re going to reward loyalty they should acturally reward loyalty. What they’re actually doing is rewarding the opposite.

It’s almost funny how they can’t grasp the concept! It still hurts that new FFF subscribers get the box cheaper but at least annuals get a definite benefit as far as choice and early sale access and I hope they bring back the freebies or do something similar every once in a while. This is just nuts knowing you’re paying full price for a box that goes on sale before it even ships. Popsugar put OLD boxes on sale so you didn’t feel entirely jipped.

Wish they would just lower the price of the box to $65-75, and no discounts. I would never become an annual when it’s always available for 25% off + a free gift.
I can totally understand the resentment felt by annuals. They have shady business practices.

Totally agree, they should just reduce the price and let that be it. I totally regretted it last time when I paid full price for an annual. I watched people buy individual boxes for a year for less than I paid, even though I went annual. Made me feel like a sucker.

Not feeling this box. The capelet and the belt are too similar to the FFF box from last year. I thought that Summer BOS was great but this box was a big disappointment.

Kind of weird to me that I’m an annual subscriber, was just billed the full $99 within this past month, still haven’t received my box, and don’t get free earrings. Yet, I could just cancel and save $25 + bonus earrings… in the same month.

I have 2 accounts. And no, you cannot do that, unless you use a different email. My second account is used to buy second boxes for gifts, and I can no longer get whatever discount they offer to new subscribers. I have been a sunscriber since the first box, and I just sadly cancelled both accounts. I emailed customer service and all the discounts are only for new accounts.

You could use the BOS coupon to get $25 off but you can’t use the Gilt coupon for extra off then.
