Proper Post June 2018 Review
This month, I received 3 cards with matching envelopes, stickies (if you’ve read my previous reviews you know I LOVE stickies!!), a super adorable pin and washi tape in an absolutely gorgeous design.
On to the items!!
Kapow Stick It Notes - Estimated Value $5.50 (value based on a similar Proper Post item)
An always welcomed item, post-it notes! My box included 30 of this comic book style kapow post-it notes. Simple, fun and an all-time favorite stationery item.
Lapel Pin - Estimated Value $8.41 (value based on a similar Proper Post item)
The next item I received is this super adorable envelope lapel pin designed exclusively for Proper Post. The envelope features a blushing smile with a polka-dot lining. I will definitely be wearing this to the office!
Pop Fizz Clink Card - Estimated Value $3.24 (value based on a similar Proper Post item)
The cards I received were original and super cute, perfect for any occasion. The first card I received is this Pop Fizz Clink card, a card I would send for a celebration! When I see this card, I think it is perfect to send out for an anniversary or even to celebrate the new year, so I may be saving this one for that!
Pop Fizz Clink celebration card is blank inside for a customized message and was sent with a brown, unlined European style envelope.
A little hard to tell, but the envelope also featured an embossed Proper Post seal on the envelope. I love embossed seals, and this would allow my card receiver to know where I got this card. Hopefully, they will subscribe and send me a cute one back!!
Mon Amour Card - Estimated Value $3.24 (value based on a similar Proper Post item)
Mon Amour, meaning My Love in French, is the second card I received in my parcel this month. Paired with a wash-style blue rounded envelope, this card is perfect for a card to my love (my husband). In his favorite color, blank on the inside and not holiday specific, I can save it for his birthday, anniversary or just because. My favorite part of this card set is the envelope. I really like the inside design that matches the card, the color, and the front address patch.
à la mode Card - Estimated Value $3.24 (value based on a similar Proper Post item)
The à la mode is the third and final card I received in my parcel this month. It is a fashionable summer style card, blank on the inside, I would send to my BFF or my sister to let them know I am thinking of them. The card is featured with an orange wash-styled card, with a blue polka dot design on the inside.
Here is a closer look of the orange envelope. The color is absolutely beautiful and original. I really adore these envelopes!
Leopard Print Washi Tape - Estimated Value $4.53 (value based on a similar Proper Post item)
The final item I received this month is this cheetah style washi tape. (10mm x 15mm). In a beautiful golden bronze and black cheetah design, this washi tape will become any wild stationary lovers favorite! When I opened it, I literally muttered “preeetty” because the color and design is very pretty!
Verdict: I really enjoyed this parcel! The items were cute and fun and can and will be used! I do kind of wish it was more focused around a theme but enjoyed the variety of the items. Proper Post does have an online store, and not all of these specific designs were featured, but they do have a pretty big selection of cards, washi tape, stationery items and more.
My parcel has a total estimated value of $28.16. The value of the box is good for UK subscribers and okay for US subscribers considering the approximate $19.41 cost ($12.94 a month plus $6.47 shipping).
