July 2018 Lootaku “Re: Zero – Starting Life In Another World X Evangelion” Review

The July box featured the first-ever t-shirt from Lootaku.

Each month includes a detailed information card with information on each item – including item values based on online price at the time of curation.

They included a note this month. The second statue in the box was delayed by customs at the last minute – it will be sent out separately in the next few months.

Neon Genesis Pin – Value $9

This month starts with a Lootaku exclusive enamel pin. It features the Mass Produced Evangelion – it’s also on the larger size, I’d compare it to a Loot Crate DX pin for those looters out there.

Neon Genesis Evangelion 01 Test Type Shirt – Value $20 (I typically value shirts at $15)

Their first-ever produced t-shirt goes along with the pin and features Neon Genesis Evangelion.

It’s simple, but I thought it worked well!

SEGA Premium Prize Figure Re: Zero REM – Value $35 (online for $33-$40)

There are two statues in this box – the one that did make it on-time is from SEGA Premium Prize Figure.

REM is a demon in these stories – while I don’t follow this one, her character is noted as being super popular amongst readers!

Verdict: It was a good decision to send out everything they had on hand instead of waiting. Overall, the subscription seems to have shifted to about 4 items per delivery – and I almost always expect two of them to be statues/figures. For fans of these animes, this one wouldn’t disappoint.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No. You’ll find the current theme on the landing page.
