The lippies come in a little drawstring pouch each month. The colors may change but this month it’s fuchsia.

It looks like they’ve included an additional info card this time. On the front, there’s the collection name (Partner in Wine) with the lippies, and the back has a description.

Hakuna Moscato

Each tube of liquid lipstick is 2.8 ml and this month has metallic red accents instead of the usual rose gold.

The application wand that it comes with is nice and big and retains a quite a bit of product.

The lightest color this month is probably my favorite. I’m a sucker for the mauves, and this one is solid. I don’t know much about wine, but judging by the name, this color is more like a Red Moscato than the common white. This hue can also easily transition from summer to fall.

Pour Decisions Pour Decisions with wand bottom of Pour Decisions Pour Decisions

This is a saturated magenta-pink hue that has a wonderful berry vibe. I personally don’t think it does a whole lot for me, but I like it for what it is. I can see this one being flattering on a myriad of different skin tones.

LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Matte Lipstick in Sip Happens – Retail Value $10.00

Wow- this is DARK and the formula is probably some of their thickest I’ve tried. This lippie did NOT want to come off of my lips. I normally don’t use oil-based makeup remover but I had to, to get this off. I would suggest putting on a good bit of balm beforehand to try and make this easier to take off later if you love the color. While I do like some darker colors, I think I became too frustrated with this one to use it. It’s a very deep plum color which is, of course, perfect for a wine-themed collection. Like they mentioned in the info card- you won’t be getting wine-stained lips when wearing this.

Verdict: This month’s KissMe collection didn’t wow me as much as the last couple, but I love the wine theme and can appreciate the punny names (as always). The dark “Sip Happens” had a thick troublesome formula that is great for long wear but not so great at the end of the day or night when it’s time to remove. Hakuna Moscato came out on top for me while Pour Decisions was pretty but not quite right for me personally.

  1. Great review Marne. I just signed up because I love both the lighter lippies on you. Hope they are as flattering on me. I agree with the others here. The Poure Decisions looks best but the other looks great as well. The dark one is really dark, I think I will be passing that one along to my friend who enjoys darker colors.

  2. I agree! Pour Decisions it is.

  3. Marne, I actually like Pour Decisions on you the most! The berry tone looks fantastic with your fair complexion and makes your eyes pop. It’s super pretty on you!

    • I agree! Pour Decisions it is.
