BoxyCharm September 2018 Confirmed Spoiler #4!

Same for me. Yosef made a video saying the servers crashed just like when the LE came out, so yeah. The site didn’t open for upgrade till 9 this morning and was sold out before 9:01. So yea I know it really sux but you are definitely not alone!!!! I wasn’t able to get one either.😤

This is true. Also,3 of the shades in Laura’s palette are not eye SAFE in Canada or the US.

Thanks so much for this! I emailed them when I got the August box because I was so disappointed with the whole thing. I had received a very nice reply saying they valued my opinion and would pass it along to the curation team. Basically a “sorry you are mad but oh well” kind of thing. At least with this I don’t feel like the box was a total loss this month. They responded right away and I chose the Crown palette. Thanks again for taking the time to let everyone know! 💕

Hmm. Interesting. I’ve emailed BC let’s see how they will respond. I haven’t even touched the palette. The whole ordeal is disgusting. I’m so glad Ultra dropped her upcoming line.

I just emailed and they just thanked me for my comment and told me to listen to Yosef’s statement. They didn’t offer charms or the other palette 🙁

I did this early in the week and was pleased with the quick response. I chose the charms since I already received the other palette, and am checking the Charm room every day since I have $35 worth now.

What was the email that you sent to Boxycharm? how did you word it? I feel the same way and no longer want it. I could totally go for the 1000 charms.

The brush? Do you mean the new line of Luxie brushes showcased, the Luxie airbrush foundation brush will be in the BL. Luxie has posted today it will be in Sept BL box (MSA should post this update with BL launching tomorrow :-). Ugh.. I want the brush (not that I really need it tho, just want!) but haven’t cared for anything else released with the tarte palette being just OK (not nearly as pigmented as photoed, keep in mind if your med-darker skin may not work for you at all).

How do you use the beauty profile? I keep wanting to update my beauty profile but can’t figure out how to do it.

Lol how is that a bad thing? Boxy is the only service that sends palettes worth 30$ to 50$ in your 21$ box!! I think that’s amazing! Along with five other items!! Lol you can never have enough shadow palettes silly! Try gifting them! I end up giving a ton of makeup away & some people think I’m crazy but I enjoy making people happy!❤️❤️❤️

Also, pallets shelf life is only about a year to two years, so you do have to toss them frequently. Some people extend the life until formulas or scents change, but I don’t mess with my eyes like that. So the fact that Boxy replenishes my palettes makes it easier to toss on time as well!

It’s a good way to try a company’s products without sinking the price into just one color.

I don’t travel a lot, but a lot of people like them because you can tuck one in your luggage and have different looks available without having to lug pots of shadow around.

Personally I’m a huge fan of eyeshadow palettes! I’ve currently got 18 with plans to buy more and excitement about receiving them in a box. Though I try to be conscious to make sure I’m not adding a bunch of the same to my collection. But different brands have different formulas and colours that look the same could also be completely different. I just love playing with makeup and doing different things. Not everyone loves palettes though, and I don’t think it’s something that depends on how much you love makeup or anything, it just comes down to personal preference like most things :3

Brushes look nice. Plus it’s nice to get brushes with a palette.

I think so. Luxe is going to have 4 of the items from the regular box and the brush set was the 4th spoiler for the regular box.

Everything in the regular box will also be in the Luz box plus.

Unfortunately the other comments are correct. The Tarte palette is only in BoxyLuxe. You have to upgrade in order to get it. It was never offered for the regular box.

The Tarte palette was listed as a BoxyLuxe spoiler. The Pretty Vulgar palette with the typo is for all the boxes.
