August 2018 Basic Man Review
Basic Man delivers a shirt (v-neck or crew), socks, and boxer-briefs each month. They'll vary up the styles and shirt type from month to month as well - there isn't any type of customization process for it, the changes just occur on a monthly basis.
Basic Man Tee
I love a good basic black shirt! The one new thing to note about their shirts is that they now arrive pre-washed! So, they're softer and won't shrink as much on first wash.
You'll want to size up with these. I wear a Large shirt from American Eagle, but the XL shirt seems to fit like a Large.
Basic Man Underwear
The Basic Man boxers are some of my favorites to wear on a daily basis - they're breathable, thin, and silky smooth. Each pair is a 95/5 Modal/Elastane blend.
Basic Man Socks
Their socks are calf-high and are great at staying up on your leg for the whole day. Like the underwear, they're also silky soft and smooth!
The socks are an 80/17/3 combed cotton/polyester/elastic blend.
Verdict: My opinion has not changed on this subscription - for $20 shipped, it's going to be very hard to find a better value out there! I use these basics all of the time!
