Boxes include 3+ photography props and accessories such as scarves, glasses, and shoes. Onesies are not included, but they will suggest a onesie color in your shipping email so that you are able to prepare for your shoot ahead of time.

Baby Booth Box August 2018 Review
The theme for this month is Under the Sea and features a gender-neutral ocean scene. Usually, we receive a card with the suggested setup on it, but this month, either they didn't send one or mine was missing. They did send this email with the information though.
1790 Skin Care Makeup Remover Wipes 25 Count - Retail Value $6.99
Each box includes a little gift for mom. This month I received a 25 pack of makeup remover wipes, which is a great idea for a tired mommy! These are water-based and their website claims they are paraben free, however, methylparaben is listed as one of the ingredients.
In our first box, we received this milestone blanket valued at $19.99. Usually, everything centers around this blanket that is numbered 1-12 with the phrases weeks and months at the bottom, but we didn’t need to use it since our setup was a bit different this month.
Foam Alphabet and Numbers - Estimated Value $4.49 (similar set found here)
I wasn't able to find this exact set online, but I estimated the value based on similar products that I found. I will note though that everything I saw seems to be slightly better quality than this set. We received this set of foam letters and numbers that we were able to use to display baby boy's age (four months and I want to cry!).
Small Nemo Plush with Clip - Estimated Value $5.00 (based on a similar item found here)
Everybody loves Nemo, so this cute little plush Nemo toy is perfect for the theme. Plus it has a clip on top so we can put him anywhere!
Kids Tales Envelope Newborn Shark Sleeping Bag - Retail Value $21.99 (found on sale for $16.49)
How cute is this little sleeping bag? It's an adorable little fish mouth! Even though it says size Newborn, I'm pretty sure my toddlers will be able to snuggle up comfortably in this too. The side zips down and it has this cute fabric inside. It's actually fairly thick, and definitely warm!
Under the Sea Backdrop- Estimated Value $17.99 (based on a similar item found here)
We received this under the sea backdrop to use for our photo shoot. It was a great size for baby to lay on and the colors were vibrant. I love all the little details with the jellyfish and coral throughout!
I think our photos turned out pretty well this month! I'm glad that they gave us the foam letters and numbers so that we could mark the baby's age, although I sort of wish they stood out a bit more against the background! My favorite photo is the last one where baby boy looks like he's trying to swim out of the shark's mouth!
Verdict: I like that Baby Booth Box seems to be branching out a bit more with their themes by including backdrops to make the scene come to life. The shark sleeping bag is absolutely adorable and I love that we can get a lot of use out of it! This is one of those times when simple is better and I think they included just enough items to make this a fun and interesting photo shoot for my little guy!
As for value, I estimate about $56.46 worth of value in all of the items we received and the box cost us $29.98/month ($24.99 plus $4.99 shipping). While a lot of these are estimates, I think that the sleeping bag and overall photo shoot experience alone are worth the cost of the box!
