Now, on to the items!

URSA MAJOR 3 Minute Flash Mask – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $44

An ingredient-conscious, super quick mask? Sign me up!

This gel mask is as soothing as it looks! URSA MAJOR describes the scent as, “a breezy, tropical blend with hints of pineapple, coffee, and orange.” That sounds lovely, but honestly, I could only detect the cucumber. But a relaxing cucumber scented mask works, too!

To use, you massage a quarter-sized amount into your skin, let sit for 3 minutes, then remove. The mask felt cooling and soothing – I loved it! And over time it’s designed to exfoliate dead surface skin while accelerating turnover to enhance the appearance of skin’s tone, elasticity, luminosity, and firmness.

Hannes Dottir Mineral Mist – FULL SIZE! Retail Value $45

Hello, lovely packaging!

This toner and mineral mist is formulated to help minimize the appearance of pores and fine lines, reduce redness, and hydrate skin.

It’s made with spearmint oil to help reduce redness and the subtle scent is perfect and so relaxing. I also love that this is a toner spray that you don’t have to remove after applying it. (This is also great for refreshing skin throughout the day.)

Verdict: I am consistently impressed with Clean Beauty Box! This box has a value of $89. I think that’s good for the $39 a month cost, considering you are getting full-sized, high-end, ingredient-conscious beauty items. I loved both of the selections in the box this month, and Hannes Dottir was a new brand discovery for me!

  1. A green beauty store recently opened in my city (our first!), and while I was in heaven looking at all of the awesome products & brands they carried, I was still floored seeing the true prices these products sell for! The store had both of these products in it, and I was internally patting myself on the back for getting them at such a great discount! haha (however, I did end up still purchasing a few things (I mean, I couldn’t leave there empty handed on my first visit, right?!?!)… one of which was the lotion that pairs with the True Botanicals body wash that came in the most recent Beauty Heroes box. 🙂 )

    • Of course you couldn’t…lol… Beauty Heroes is on the list as well. This products seem so luxurious along with the quality, it makes skin care special. I love this website!

      • !! 😀 !!

    • Oh, I’m so jealous. Even though I live in a major metro area that I would really expect to have one, we don’t seem to have any natural beauty stores. I’m crossing my fingers we’ll get one sometime soon.

      • I live in a major metropolitan city too, and I’ve been saying for years (well, ever since I started to get into sub boxes which exposed me to such brands) that we needed one because there’s a definite market for it. Fortunately, the owner of the store said she recognized that and one or two more are in the works for my city for the near future. Yay! It is pretty cool having so many awesome brands I’ve been exposed to from sub boxes in one place where I can pick up replacements, if needed.

  2. I love Art Of Organics. It’s right up there with Pearlesque for high quality skin care every month. Thanks for the review, Liz. 😉

  3. Ever since the Beauty Fix I am really open to clean beauty… I’m thrilled to add Boxwalla and slowly adding others … this one is on the list !!
