  3. I STILL can’t access the site. I did an online chat and was told that they are having “technical issues” and their IT is working to resolve. I find it absurd that they have the same issue every. single. sale and they still can’t upgrade their server. I am so done with FFF. It’s just too frustrating. It helps that I am loaded up on all my favorites from the last sale.

    • Try with google chrome, today has been quite good for me! Good luck

  4. Does anyone have any experience with the Nightingale Remedies Hemp Oil Relief Cream? I can’t find any reviews online and not sure I want to pay $19 for it.

    • I’ve been using it on a sore shoulder and I feel it helps. I preferred the African Botanics one they had in a previous sale, but that one retails for like $70, so it’s one and done with that brand in my current financial state!

      My chiropractor uses CBD creams on his patients and vouches for its effectiveness, and it doesn’t burn sensitive skin on your neck, lower back, etc as do a lot of creams that have a lot of menthol and such.

  6. Has anyone figured out if there is a specific browser that works best for this site???

    I was logged in and on right before it went live, and then once it started I was able to go over and begin to put items in my cart. It was slow to load in particular while scrolling down, and I figured that it was a server overload issue. After literally 2 hours, I logged out of the site from Chrome and logged in using Safari, and things seemed to go well, and everything was still in my cart from when on logged in on Chrome, of course as usual without anyway to close out my order.

    OK, so I was poking around at the list for other items because I was finally able to get beyond the first set of loaded items (scrolling), and added some additional items. I peeked at my cart, and all of a sudden items that WERE IN IT were NOT, and two had changed over to showing $0.00 next to them in the price column. Of course when I went to add them again, the system said they were SOLD OUT. HUH? In my cart, but with a $0.00 price, then NOT in my cart, then IN MY CART with a price, and then on my cart with $0.00 again??? Then unable to add back the ones that disappeared – all of this happened WHILE adding items on Safari and they disappeared while on the site via Safari?? I’ve checked my cart throughout the day, as I have kept the browser open (btw when I went at one point back to Chrome, and many more items loaded there than on Safari), and I saw my missing items available on the list, so I added them again…and as of NOW, minutes ago – POOF $0.00 next to two of them, and two others completely GONE from my cart.

    Color me silly, but I simply don’t get it..and there is NO way to close out the order, and thus my cart seems to shift from having the items without a price, to missing, to having them with a price again. ANYONE have ANY IDEAS why? Would Firefox be best? I have never had an issue before on Safari, nor on Chrome with the sales or early add-ons, with items selling out quickly before as well.

    I am just so FRUSTRATED, and I feel very badly for those who aren’t able to order yet, let alone those of you who weren’t able to work from home as I did today, so nobody would know how much time you spent on their site in order to simply get items in your cart.

    ON THAT NOTE – if I have items that someone really wants but is unable to order, (I have used this ordering period to pick out the many upcoming birthday & early shopping for Christmas gifts), please do let me know, as this has been incredibly frustrating on my end, and I imagine on the end of many others as well, based on what I’ve just read above. As far as those who are not annual subscribers, then you folks too may want a special item. IF I have it, and do end up having the items actually mailed to me, well please know that I am happy to share with fellow FFF friend here. Absolutely frustrating day which crazy enough was for something that I had hoped would have been a fun experience. I was HOPING for today’s sale to go as well as before, which wasn’t always fast and easy, but NOTHING like today. This is WHY I wanted to order today – to avoid the whole Black Friday type of nightmares, but by golly..this has been tough. (Sorry about the lengthy vent!)

    BUT IS THERE A BROWSER THAT WORKS BETTER FOR FFF??? OR was this EVERY browser, and many having the issues I had??

    • My stuff kept disappearing throughout the day too. I was using chrome, but I feel it’s an issue with red not my browser

    • I’ve never had an issue with my cart changing on its own and I use Edge. Not sure it is because of the browser though. I’m probably just lucky.
      I do find Edge to be better than chrome when trying to get into the sales though. Chrome takes longer to load. I haven’t tried Safari or Firefox though, so I can’t compare to those.

    • I was on Chrome (Android) and Firefox (Desktop) and nothing appeared to have disappeared. Knock on wood. Did you see the items in your cart or did you hit ‘Add to Cart’ and keep scrolling? I noticed that when I hit Add to Cart it would get stuck at ‘Adding To Cart…’. Sometimes the item would add other times it would freeze and I’d have to reload and re-add. Good Luck

    • I have the best luck on my Amazon tablet using silk!

    • I use Opera (which is supposedly similar to Chrome) on my PC and Safari on my iPad. Both gave me crap results. I tried on Internet Explorer, which I keep around just for website programming gaffes like FFF’s, and it is working. With my other browsers, items were disappearing from my cart, and they showed no +/- options, so I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to drop anything from my cart!

    • I got on yesterday and it took me 5 hours to look at all the items. I can’t tell you how many times I had to reload or it wouldn’t connect. My cart issue was that I changed my mind on a couple items in my cart and after having taking them out, they would get added right back again or it wouldn’t let me take a item off. It finally resolved itself at the end of the night but the hassle was not worth the items. This was my first edit sale and I was super excited but was very let down by the products they had.

  7. If people can hold things in their cart until the last day how would we know if items got in stock, that they had previously sold out of? Seems to me FFF losses money if people return a bunch and there is not a chance to buy the items. They should have a button that says notify if they get more. Oh well, their loss.

    • I agree. It’s annoying having to constantly be on their site and hitting refresh button. But with these deals I don’t see a lot if items staying on the out of stock list. lol

  8. Does anyone remember how after you “heart” an item, then you’re able to go to some display setting so that your “hearted” items show up at the top? Someone posted this a while back during the summer add-ons but I can’t find the post. I want to stalk some items 🙂

    • When you’re on the edit sale page, hit the menu options in the top left corner (the 3 lines). It will open up and there will be an option that says “My Favorites.” Only your faves will be displayed. I’m not sure how to do it so they all open and faves are on top. I just kept refreshing my faves today and was able to get what I wanted eventually. Good luck!

  9. I felt like the selection was underwhelming. None of the bundles excite me. The selection on products was skimpy. Only 2 LP products? I ended up getting 3 of the LP in-shower styler since that’s one of my HG products, but other than that there’s not much. Some Murad looks good.

  10. The site finally loaded and the was not one thing I wanted. I’m shocked! I ordered Bum Bum cream on the Bum Bum website and have been using it for about 2 weeks. I’ve seen no difference. It isn’t even a thick cream like a body butter should be. I’m confused to why people love it so much.

    • Smells lovely! Never used it for anything other than the smell. I got it in a Sephora favorites box once and a sub box or two but I’d never seek it out personally.

  12. I just signed up for the annual subscription, and have been trying to access the site with no luck! After reading all of the comments I see I’m not the only one. Oh well, guess I’ll save some money.

  13. I was prepared for FFF’s website to crash today, but I really didn’t expect it to be down ALL day. This is such a joke.

  14. Maybe they should make people pay for their carts daily. That might fix some problems!

    • I saw one girl on this thread say she had $2300 worth of stuff being held hostage in her cart that she KNOWS she can’t and WON’T buy. That’s ridiculous and selfish.

      • I don’t even know how amyone can find that much they like. I have about $142 worth in mine. It took a bunch of site loads, but i finally got everything i want. Even then, i still think i should get rid of some of it.

        For your information since this is a first come first serve type of situation I hurry up and add as much to my cart as possible research the items, like reviews, then start removing items. I would have removed items much earlier but the site was down for over 5hrs.

        Update: I am down to 94 items at $972. Will I keep it there likely not, but I (as an annual member) will decide if and/or when I remove them as long as it’s done by next Monday. I’ll leave you to your tears.

        • Wow, that was such a rude response to her perfectly valid comment. Your behavior is depriving other annual subscribers who paid the same amount of money as you. You are not above them and you should have some consideration for other people.

          • If you are an annual member you are welcome to do the same and so is she. Actually of all the items I had in my cart there were only maybe 10 that were even out of stock which means you are more than able to grab the same items as me with the exception of those approximately 10 items. I could care less about hoarding items as much as I want to ensure I get the items I want and not have to spend a week of refreshing the page to see if a favorite has become available.

        • Well, I tried to comment before, so my apologies if this shows up twice.

          I think it was pretty rude that someone called you “ridiculous and selfish.” Since we are on a site called “My Subscription Addiction,” you are just being a savvy shopper, and trying to get the most bang for your buck. It’s not your fault that FFF has a terrible website, or limited numbers of items.

          This is just like Black Friday shopping at WalMart in the South – without the thrown elbows!

          • I really hope the site crashes on the last day and you are charged the full amount of what’s been hoarded in your cart while you “decide” if you can really turn around and sell it. Frankly it is ridiculous and selfish.

          • If I were in Wal-Mart with that lady on black Friday (which she’s there you know she is) I’d definitely throw her an elbow

  16. OMG! This is so painful that I am wondering why I am so committed to getting to the sale page? Is it worth it? Been held hostage at my laptop? There is no gun to my head so can’t I just walk away?

    • Every once in a while (Minutes) the page will update and load more products, try to be patient and don´t refresh the window, maybe you can open a new one but don´t close the ones that are already loading…

      It sucks and shouldn’t’ be this way but that’s how I did it… good luck!

    • You really aren’t missing out on anything! This is worst edit sale so far. Most of it are items from the summer add one and nothing is selling out except the bundles, the pet bed set and the sealer. I didn’t get any of those. No bum bum cream this time.

    • Same. I think it’s actually because the site keeps crashing. They prob do this on purpose to make everyone think there are so many people getting such great things. Must Buy Now or else you will never be able to get this crap so cheap again!

  17. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to login right when it went live today so I didn’t stress and figured I’d login later and be happy with what was left. Finally just got a chance now, 3 hours later, and website won’t even load. That’s pretty sad considering this isn’t the first time. Get it together FFF.

    • Agreed 100%. This really is pathetic. 3 hrs and 45mins later and it atill wont load.

  18. I just signed up for the annual subscription a few days ago to get early access and more choices in the box, but I keep getting error messages when trying to see the add ons. It hasn’t loaded at all. Very disappointing.

  19. Yeah this site crashing thing is starting to get old. I was lucky to get in around 9 and add most of the things I wanted after a couple of attempts. But I haven’t been able to stay in for more than a minute for the last 2 hours if I can even get in at all.

  20. They really need to get their technology up to speed. Everything keeps crashing. Ridiculous. At 12:03, the bag sealer was already sold out. Did they have like 5? I didn’t realize that was going to be a hot seller….. :o|

  21. I still cannot get to the end of the site. My page is hung up on something being added to my cart. I doubt I have even seen half of the stuff.

    Not fun! Been trying for over an hour.

    I love that it’s 3 sets of 3 for 5$ (when usually a pack of 3 is 8$). I have four in my cart and am contemplating if that’s enough.

    • How did you get more than one of anything in your cart? My page does not show any opportunity to increase the quantity.

      • There are two color themes of each pack available for a total of 6 maximum purchases.

      • I had to switch to Internet Explorer, and then the options showed up. But one hopes they’ll have this fixed ASAP so you don’t have to have/use IE.

  23. This is ridiculous. I am done with the annual thing. They get the money upfront and we can’t rven get on the site. I’ve been trying since noon. By the time I get through, the only thing left will be the same 5 things that no one wants.

    I understand wanting to load up your cart wth some extra things you are considering, but not sure of…..but when you fill your cart with $2,000 worth of stuff you know you won’t buy, it screws the rest of us.

    • I agree, that’s not right at all. People should be considerate of others who paid the same amount they did…

    • It reminds me of the last Victoria Secret semi annual sale I went to. A woman and her daughter force their way into everyone and grab every single 32b sized bra while the rest of us wait for this lady to try on 100 bras and decide which ones she wants and which ones we were allowed to have. Took about an hour. I realize there’s no rules, but common courtesy or fff limits on how many total items one can put in cart.

      • Wow I can’t believe that lady had no shame knowing people were waiting for the bras too… that is messed up.

  24. This insanity reminds me of the Lush After-Christmas Sale: I can not even sign on to the site!! It’s great when you can get a bargain, but when you can’t even access the site to see what’s on offer, it builds ill-will toward the company. FabFitFun knows how many annual subscribers they have, so I don’t understand why they weren’t prepared for this.

    • Ugh. That sale gives me massive anxiety. I hate/love it.

  27. I’m surprised to hear about the site crushing, it didn’t crush for me this time ( the Summer add-one was horrible though, it only loaded 3 hours later after the start of add-ons). In any case, nothing appeals to me this time, looks like they are still trying to get rid of bunch of old stuff from the previous add-ons seasons. No FOMO here.

    • I didn’t notice much either…and tons of stuff from last time.

  28. Crashed again and again I’ll end up getting the same stuff people who don’t pay yearly get….so I’ll switch plans.

    • That’s how I feel too. Paying yearly doesn’t give you a discount (like most boxes do) but it’s supposed to give you the advantage of getting first dibs. Once again that’s not happening. I’m home today with nothing else pressing to do so I have been trying to shop this sale since noon. I wish I hadn’t just renewed for the year.

      • You guys get 3 whole days of early access, so you are getting it before everyone else. There just happen to be a lot of you that paid for the yearly and it’s bringing down the site. But you’re not losing out to monthly payers.

        • I can’t speak for anyone else but my point had nothing to do with monthly subscribers. I certainly don’t blame you all for this fiasco, and I doubt anyone else sees it that way. All I was saying is that I don’t think it’s very advantageous to pay for a whole year at once. We get no discount for doing so, and if items are sold out before we even get a chance to view them, we might as well pay one box at a time. Our issue is with the company, not other subscribers.

          • Ok, I see what you’re saying there. But then that means the items are being sold out to other yearly subscribers who are stockpiling items in their cart because they were able to get there first? I think some of the blame is on them and not the company. But the company should pay to upgrade their site to handle so much traffic.

          • I thought annual subscribers get boxes for 45 instead of 50?

          • I do see your point Christina. That probably is happening. I added a couple items that I knew I wanted rather quickly and it locked it up completely. That was hours ago and I still can’t get back on. So yeah, I imagine if people are adding tons of stuff really quickly that’s a big part of it. However, this seems to happen every time so I wish they’d just prepare for/fix it.

            Jill—as far as I know there’s no discount. I had to pay for all 4 boxes at one time and it was the same amount as if I bought 4 boxes at once.

          • The annual sub is $180. Monthly boxes are $50, so you get a $20 discount for the year.

  30. Well… I finally made it to the end of the list and no BUM BUM cream. I was hoping it would be there since I missed it last time. As of now I have 211 items in my cart $2,422. Ha! yeah right, a lot of stuff to drop.

    • I’ve tried a bajillion times and *still* have not made it to the end of the list. Website keeps timing out. : (

      • I am still having issues too. I think I got lucky and got the end once. Nothing really exciting to me. But I really wanted to grab a bum bum.

  34. Is it wrong that I am super annoyed by this?? They have been promoting/advertising this sub everywhere the last month or two. Spend the money to improve your systems if you are going to spend it to get new customers.

    Plus, this is the middle of a workday on the east coast. I legit blocked time off on my calendar to shop since I missed out on what I wanted last time. Yes, I am aware I’m an addict, but aren’t all of us here?

    • I did the same thing – and now my next meeting starts in 6 minutes! Aarrrggghhhh….

      • I feel your pain. STILL never made it to the end of the list. Because of horrible open workspace and never taking lunch breaks, I even booked a conference room!!

        It’s the FOMO and savings that get me every time. I don’t even know what to do with the products I already have!

    • Agree!! I keep reloading and trying. I got 5-6 things in and now it just won’t work.

      • Uggggghhhh, me too. This is obnoxious. They should be able to anticipate that there is going to be a lot of traffic when the sales go live.

    • I too am an annual member and the sale did not load till noon (edt) for me. I was logged on at 11:30 and nothing till noon. Then it froze.

  39. Cover fx shimmer veil is 9$, primer is 14! Murad products are there and I think about 19$ each but i got a bunch anyway since I need them. Tula is 12 and 14$
