My orders say I’m getting 186, but I received an email from Sephora today with a list of products and it doesn’t match what is listed above. I’m apparently getting:

1. Tarte blush in paarty
2. Tarte lipstick in Salt Lyfe
3. Biossance squalane and probiotic gel
4. Korres vit c oil
5. Algenist liquid collagen
6. Briogeo heat resistant cream

I’ve got box 186 – it was delivered on Saturday.
I think that they send that email to people by mistake. It happened before.

tarte Deep Dive Cleansing Gel Rainforest of the Sea
Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Paaarty
TARTE Color Splash Lipstick – Rainforest of the Sea™ Collection in Salt Lyfe

I’ve never commented on one of these, and know that sometimes we don’t get the best box, but I’ve had a handful of AWFUL months, value-wise since the middle of this spring. And with 20+ products (as mentioned in the sephora unboxing video), why are some of the boxes (including my #186) getting THREE of the same brand??! The Tarte facewash, if about 5 mL, is barely valued at $1. I’m glad to get the blush and the Fresh lippie, and even don’t mind the Tarte lipstick, as they’ve been sleeper hits for me in the past; but with all of that incredible skincare that they hyped for a month, and this box variation is getting two products valued at $5 together?

Also, I don’t understand why they haven’t figured out how to handle their profiles better. There are incredible samples of products for fine lines and plumping that seem to be going to women in their twenties while women in their 30s, 40s and 50s aren’t getting them. I’ve started to draft a letter, but after being a subscriber since the fall of 2016 and constantly telling folks that the value is there, I’m going to let them know that though their attempts to fix the problems with their boxes is appreciated, there’s still quite a bit to do.

I just looked on-line to see when my box would arrive. . . it will be sent USPS, and estimated to arrive 7/21. That seems so late! I want it now!
And unlike with Amazon, I don’t expect to see it earlier than the estimated delivery time.
