I love that the Briogeo heat protectant creme protects to 450 degrees F.! So you may be burnt to a crisp but your hair will look mah-velous!

This will only be my 2nd box….I’m 160 and totally happy! However, I have received two shampoo samples and would love to get perfume instead or at least once in awhile. Does anyone know if I’ll need to change my options/profile (or whatever it’s called) lol in order to not get shampoo every time ?

Fingers crossed for the Drunk Elephant. I took a year-long break from all my boxes, made a big dent on my stash and discovered new holy grails. Looking forward to Play! I loved most of the products they sent.

I will have the worst bag 152 the thing is… I cancelled the subscription because I was getting only things I NEVER USE!!! that was almost a year ago, now I’m going to unsubscribed again because I don’t want to waste my money

I would have loved to get the Fresh lip balm, and Kora oil, like in Liz’s box, and also the Bite Beauty lip mask, but I am finally pleased with box #152 because of the Algenist, Korres, and Tarte, and decent looking sizes for this month. Woohoo. 🙂

Yea me to i got box 743 I DID NOT get one of those skin care idems i got a box of junk tarte blush i paid 10$ im so disgusted with sephora i cancled they give some boxes all 3 tarte and others get the left overs these pages wont even post

Being a Play subscriber for over 2 years, I have only gotten one box that seriously underwhelmed me (I think the majority of us felt that way in May 2018!) Box 228 here, and I am happy with this one. I already use the Deep Dive cleanser, and actually like it. Tarte lippies are the bomb- even if it doesn’t have a ton of color, they are so moisturizing and great to use over a darker color. Ironically, Tarte’s Paaarty is my blush, and I was contemplating buying more since I am running low, so thanks Sephora! I also am running low on my Caudalie toner, so even better. (Kind of weird that my box contains 4 of 6 items I already use, but I have drawers full of stuff from previous Play boxes that I was not a huge fan of- along with probably 10 liquid eyeliners… LOL… so at least I will use it!) ‘Looking forward to trying the Josie Maran face butter (despite it being Summer, my face is dryer than usual!), and the Rahua hair mask (the pool is frying my hair). I do think it would be cool, though, if Sephora let the subscribers have a month where the subscribers vote on what products go into the boxes for the different categories.

I have box 228 and I’m really bummed that there are 3 tarte products , to have the 3 of the same brand isn’t exciting at all…this is my least favorite box lol go figure …plus I’m worried to use that Josie Marin face cream on my OILY skin lol

The Josie marano is actually very nice on oily skin! The 3 Tarte products are a huge bummer. My biggest subscription box pet peeve is all the Tarte all them time. I hate this brand 🙄

I agree. Weird that Sephora would put 3 of the same brand in one box. I like Tarte products, but half the fun is in product diversity. This must have been the last box planned and they were left with an excess of Tarte stuff.

I feel like 228 would be a great box… for someone else. I am so sick of receiving lipsticks.. and I have no interest in a tarte cleanser. While others are getting drunk elephant.. at least I get to try that caudalie product. Sigh.

No. Check the last three digits of the ITEM number. The order number is irrelevant.

I feel like the best variations this month are boxes 160, 152 and 581. But that’s just based off of my extremely dry skin lol.

Ugh! Of all the combinations of products, I get the worst one (#152). I would prefer every single other box to mine! Whine, whine, whine. 🙂

I think the bite beauty lip mask, the caudalie, and MAYBE the Ren are the only ones I’m really interested in, in my box #160 !!! I’m 41 with combo and aging skin, so idve loved the algenist, the squalane product and the Korres oil, idve been so happy with those and the bite lippie! I don’t think they truly go by our profiles, cause my boxes have been way off for over a year. Oh well, maybe I’ll have better luck next time! Here’s hoping sephora 🤗guess 2 or possibly 3 outve all isn’t that bad, I don’t know😔😕🙃

For me it’s that there were several items I would’ve preferred to what I got: I REALLY wanted the Josie Maran, I also would’ve been excited about the Drunk Elephant, the Bite lip mask, the Sugar lip balm, the Caudalie, and the REN. I’m not sure if the Algenist is like a serum, but that would be nice so hopefully it is. I like to have heavier moisturizers than gel creams, so I’m not pumped about the Biossance, and I’ve already gotten the Briogeo blow-dry cream (maybe in a different sub?). The lipstick could be good, I just hope it’s not too pale.

It’s not really a big deal, it’s just that my skin hates both vitamin c and rose (they make me break out), I never wear lipstick, I don’t blow dry my hair. I tried a probiotic cream once (not this brand though, I admit) but it was so gross that it made me never want to try probiotics in skincare again! Lol. On the other hand, my skin loves glycolic acid, Drunk Elephant is a brand I love, I constantly use lip balm, that agave mask is my HG, tried a sample of the Noni oil in Sephora once and LOVED it! So I was hoping for some of the other stuff in the spoilers. Like I said, no big deal. I’ll give the stuff I don’t want to my sisters and friends, and better luck next time! 🙂
