  1. I had an issue with my box last month in that I had an issue with one vial leaked to empty in the face kit. Although it didn’t really damage anything, I really wanted to try the product, and it was why I actually ordered the box.

    Their customer service immediately sent me another full box, not just the one item! It was certainly unexpected and way above and beyond what I was expecting! This was my first and only experience with their CS, but it does seem they are truly trying to satisfy their customers!

  2. Seems like an awful lot of skincare, is it normally that way?

    • It varies but usually a few skincare or beauty items. Sometimes they arrive damaged. Sometimes the spoilers aren’t even in the box and you get something else. Or if the spoiler says ten packets of hair product you end up getting one foil packet. After half my boxes came in the annual I asked for a refund for the remaining boxes. You can see on a recent review for a different sub box website the person did not get either of their choices granted (they sent the wrong jewelry item for goodness sakes). This box is a nightmare in terms of customer service and delivering what they promise. No communication leads to disappointment when ppl don’t get what’s advertised.

    • About 50/50…… they are giving a purse and jewelry item and I saw a tin of candies on the FB page so far….. there will be a few other items but not sure yet what they’ll be.

  3. I would be interested in this box provided I could get the Messenger bag. I subscribed to two boxes a long time ago and never had a problem. However, I’m concerned with CS and don’t want to go through the hassle.

    • I’d just buy the bag full price from the brand that makes it and save yourself the headache. That’s what I started doing an I’m way happier plus I don’t accumulate a bunch of stuff I don’t need just to say I got a deal.

    • My bag in the last shipment was damaged had the writing printed upside down and customer service immediately replaced it.

    • You get to chose your bag. I emailed my choice and received a confirmation for the rainbow messenger bag, I’m pretty sure you still have plenty of time to chose if you email them.
