Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. Some subscribers spend time choosing preferences, noting which options they want to try, think they would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. Each Graze box may look completely different!

For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.

Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.

Graze July 2018 Review

Graze June 2018 Info

Graze June 2018 Nutrition Facts

Here's a little info card that came with the box. One side has a feature about some healthy highlights of their snacks. The other side lists out the nutrition facts for the box.

Graze June 2018 Summer Berry Flapjack Graze June 2018 Summer Berry Flapjacks

Summer Berry Flapjack, 1.8 oz.

Have any of you long-time Graze-ers had the summer berry compote snack? It's my hands-down fave item that they offer. This flapjack flavor features that summer berry flavor I love so much in compote/dipper form, and the vibe is definitely present in these soft and chewy granola bars. I don’t think I could possibly eat more than one flapjack at a time because of how sweet they are, but they’re a great little treat for satisfying a sweet tooth after lunch during the workweek.

Graze June 2018 Natural Vanilla Seeds Graze June 2018 Seeds

Natural Vanilla Seeds, 1.1 oz – Buy 6 for $8.99

These seeds are pretty good! The sweet vanilla coating is definitely apparent, but it’s not overbearing. I personally would prefer if these guys were a savory snack, but they would make a good add-in to oatmeal or muesli!

Graze June 2018 Fantastic Forest Fruits 1 Graze June 2018 Fantastic Forest Fruits 2

Fantastic Forest Fruits – Buy 6 for $8.99

This mix is of dried blueberries, lingonberries (don't know what these are but love their name), soft apple pieces, and cherry raisins. I'm really not too into dried fruit, which I know makes me a not-great candidate for liking a lot of what Graze has to offer, but as long as they're not straight-up raisins, I can deal. Therefore, I can deal with this snack, lol, but it wasn't my favorite of the month by any stretch.

Graze June 2018 Cinnamon Pretzel Graze June 2018 Cinnamon Pretzels

Cinnamon Pretzel, 1.2 oz – Buy 6 for $8.99

Pretzels are my original favorite snack from childhood, so I always love receiving pretzel mixes in my Graze box! This one is tossed with almonds that are coated in a generous amount of cinnamon-honey flavoring, but when eaten together with the pretzels, the whole thing comes off as not being too sweet. I also love that the sweetness is delivered as a coating to a nut, so there’s a protein boost to go along with the sugar spike!

Graze June 2018 Punchy Protein Nuts

Graze June 2018 Nuts

Punchy Protein Nuts, 1.45 oz. - Buy 6 for $8.99

I was so excited to dig into this snack! I eat lots of nuts throughout my week, but usually, they're just roasted & unsalted cashews and almonds. To have some peanuts tossed in the mix and also some chili-lime spice dusted on the cashews was a nice update. I found the chili-lime flavoring to be subtle, but yummy. And, 9g of protein per container? Sign me up!

Graze June 2018 Bountiful Berries

Graze June 2018 Dried Berries

Bountiful Berries, 1.23 oz. - Buy 6 for $8.99

As I'm sure you could've guessed from my comment above, I set this snack aside and put off giving it a try because it includes raisins (alongside dried cranberries, blueberries, and goldenberries, whatever those are!). I gave them to my husband and he said they're sweet, but also delish. I imagined that would be the case for someone who digs dried fruit!

Graze June 2018 Antioxidant Vitamin E Nuts

Graze June 2018 Mixed Nuts

Antioxidant Vit.E Nuts, 1.34 oz – Buy a  for $8.99

Here's another protein boost of a snack with 7g per container. It's another all-nut one, but with nuts, I'm not so used to eating on the reg. It provided a nice change of pace for me! These guys are lightly salted and otherwise pretty straightforward.

Graze June 2018 Anytime Energizer

Graze June 2018 Nuts and Berries

Anytime Energizer, 1.2 oz. - Buy 6 for $8.99 (not currently available)

Simple as it is, this mix also offers some uniqueness in that it's not every day you encounter dried pears! Add in some cherries and walnuts (a nut I often think of as a baking ingredient but rarely eat on its own) and you've got a really interesting mix of consistencies and flavors.

Verdict: This month's Graze was a mix of snacks I hope for (nut-heavy savory ones) and others that I wasn't as pumped about (full-on dried fruit guys), but yet every single snack still ended up being eaten and enjoyed by members of my household! For $13.99, Graze sent eight yummy snacks that break down to $1.75 each. A lot of this month's containers were enjoyed on a road trip, which I find to be a fun way to explore and enjoy these offerings!
