Here it is September, I still haven’t received my July box. I asked for a refund, I am told they will not process a refund because box is waiting to ship. The packing slip was issued July 8.
Sadly, I am no longer subscribing. Honesty would win more customers over, then lying to us. Their facebook page, states all Boxes for July and August shipped.

I usually get my crates pretty fast since I believe I’m just a state over(Nevada), it’s super late and I got concerned; is it because of all the fires??

Im subbed to 4 of their boxs, Fallout crate,lootcrate,loot fright and lootgaming, I just now got my july crate tracking (coming the 10th) and got an email stating that my falloutcrate is coming in late AND have heard nothing on lootgaming even tho I ordered at the start of july :,D not the first time either I just now reordered everything thinking maybe it was just a rush of new people ordering and they couldn’t keep up but nope,just suck ass shipping

I’ve been a subscriber for just over 2 years now. Until the last few months, I had 1…ONE…late crate. This year, they raised their price, and it seems since then, every month there is an excuse for the crate being late. At least for May and June, I got an email saying it would be late. I’ve searched my entire email for a July notice…NOTHING! I’ve searched spam, everything. I finally decided to do a Google search to see if I was the only one who’s crate was still in “pre-transit” on the phone app, and it appears I’m not the only one. They raised the price, and the service went in the toilet? Doesn’t seem like good business to me.

I’ve been a subscriber since 2014, and service has gone down hill. I didn’t get June’s crate until July 6th (after I had already paid for July’s crate). Here it is, July 27th, and they haven’t even sent the shipping notice (which, I usually get about 10 days before I actually get the crate). I fully don’t expect to get my July crate until sometime in august, which is nuts. The other thing, if things are going to be late, it would be nice if they could at least send an email saying to (I’ve got nothing via email since my July crate was paid for)

Has anyone from Spain received june’s crate? It was my first crate and I am a little disapointed with the delay (But I am getting July and probably Agoust as well hahaha).

I have given up on them. For 3 years they were like clockwork. Now, it is a crap shoot if I will get a crate or not. Customer service is a joke so just gave up and canceled my subscription.

Wow. Those shirts looked absolutely amazing! Can’t wait. June was my first crate and I got it on time, though because I live in Germany that means end of the month + 14 work days. It’s kinda sad that I don’t have the Jurassic World T-Shirt or Ant-man and the Wasp T-Shirt when the respective movies come out, but it’s still nice to get the crates 🙂 And the June Godzilla plush was awesome.

this is nothing I see videos with people already having the june box but yet I have not received so much as a shipment email they just keep telling me oh its late we are still waiting for an item to come in be patient lies

I seem to always have issues with this company, regardless of the box that comes from them. I am still waiting on 2 replacement items that were not even in my box from several months ago and have an ongoing battle with them via paypal. I only got the loot wear in June because my niece wanted the Jurassic pants for her birthday, which was a month ago WHEN the box should have originally came in. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

i tried to contact customer support and the first time it went like this: hey, wanted to check on my loot wear for june. // you signed up too late, your first box will be in july // well i don’t understand, here’s the may statement that i downloaded from your website it shows that i paid on the same day // your first box is the july box but here’s a link to our website where you can purchase items // i don’t want to repurchase the items, i paid both in may and june. i want the jurassic park pants. are you saying that i didn’t pay for them // looks like your first box will be the july box, you have to sign up by june 19th for the june box // great because i signed up may 20th which you can see on the invoice
it wasn’t until i threatened to cancel all my boxes with them that someone else stepped in, told me about the shipping delay, said i would get my first box the colossal box in july, and promised that they hadn’t forgotten about me.
personally i think that first employee should be fired. it was resolved by one email from the second

I know they seem to have a lot delays but I always get my box and I’m always happy. I’ve been with them over 2 years (I have 3 sons) and have rarely been disappointed.
