Facetory is a monthly sheet mask facial subscription. The company aims to provide its members with the latest cult faves from the Korean sheet mask trend. Rather than arriving in a box, like the SEVEN LUX subscription, this smaller FOUR-ever Fresh version comes in a cool pouch that has the same awesome design. Love their packaging!

This is a review of the FOUR-ever Fresh subscription level ($5.95 per month + shipping), which includes 4 curated sheet masks made from traditional fabrics like cotton and cellulose. They also offer a SEVEN LUX subscription level, which includes 7 curated sheet masks with slightly higher-functioning ingredients (think hydrogels and other more sophisticated ingredients).

My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Facetory FOUR-Ever Fresh June 2018 Review

This month is special because the masks were curated by the team over at Bustle! I don't recall ever seeing a collaboration in Facetory before so this is fun!

As always, you'll get a super cute and informative info card that goes over each mask included. In addition, a member from Bustle speaks to why they love each mask!

Lyajin 1 Day 1 Mask Pack, Watery Light - Retail Value $3.00

This one seemed pretty standard as I put it on. It smelled like a pleasant hand sanitizer but gave me a bit of a tingle at first which can sometimes worry me. It didn't really persist, so I left it on. When I removed it, the serum was slightly foamy which is unique. It has Centella Asiatica extract which is "high in antioxidants and fights inflammation and reduces hyperpigmentation". Once it dried, it did feel like a sort of sticky film was on my face, but at a touch wasn't especially bad and just felt a bit like it gave my face more elasticity.

This mask immediately poses the question: Why don't ALL sheet masks come with positive affirmations on them?! This really could have gone onto my face either way, but I decided to put it on so the words read correctly when I looked in the mirror. It says "I love myself. I am more than beautiful". Whether or not I believe that, I loved having a sheet mask tell me so! After I took the mask off, the leftover serum made me feel a bit sticky but I powered through it and it eventually sank in and left me with soft skin. This mask includes apple fruit extract which is rich in vitamin c which in turn helps my pores look smaller. Also- the gorgeous packaging for this one! Swoon.

I decided to give this one a try after a long 4-hour hike in the sun. The kiwi fruit extract is supposed to help dark spots from sun damage, so I thought it'd be a good one to try (even without those dark spots on my face). The mask itself was HUGE for my face so there was some wrinkling and a little slipping which is kind of standard for a lot of masks. It was really cooling and nice on my face though!

Lapcos Collagen, Anti-Wrinkle Mask back of Lapcos Collagen, Anti-Wrinkle Mask

Lapcos Collagen Anti-Wrinkle Mask - Retail Value $3.50

I love doing sheet masks, but truth be told, many of them aren't life-changing for me. Until this one. As I took out the mask, I could tell it was a nice thick quality material and it stayed on my face really well. Instead of the usual clear serum, the one on this mask was a milky white which made it feel extra luxurious that also smelled really nice. It felt moisturizing as soon as I put it on and when I took it off, I didn't feel the need to use a moisturizer later at all. It left my face feeling super dewy and hydrated! This is one of the few sheet masks I would seek out to buy again!

Verdict: Facetory is always a really fun subscription and through all the times I've reviewed it, I've never received a duplicate mask. As I mentioned before, even though I love indulging in a little self-care with a sheet mask, they rarely leave me seeing really impressive results, but the Lapcos Collagen mask really proved me wring this month!

I fully agree on none of these are ever life changing just fun. I will get more of those bubble masks as they deep clean. But that collagen mask was out of this world! I loved how thick it was and it made my skin noticeably nicer!!!!
