I ordered several past boxes. After several weeks with no shipping info, I contacted them…they got back to me right away and said one item was delayed, but they’d be shipping soon. Several weeks after that when still no package, and I checked again, my payment had been refunded and my order cancelled…without even bothering to notify me. In the past when I ordered a past box from them, a handwritten package arrived, addressed to my address, but with someone else’s name as the addressee…and the incorrect item inside. I got in touch with them and they did send me the correct item…but it took several months. I do like the jewelry they send, but they seem to be incredibly unorganized.

argh, this is so tempting! i got in on the last 50% off deal and my last month is August… argh, what to do, what to do?!
and regarding customer service, never had an issue and resolved a couple of issues without a hitch.

I’ve subbed for a year too and have contacted customer service many times. They have always been very responsive and helpful.
