Culturefly Walmart-Exclusive Fallout Box Review

Culturefly has released more collectible boxes this summer. These collectible boxes are available in-store exclusively at Walmart. You may remember Culturefly from their other popular boxes like Pusheen Box, The Nick Box, and DC World's Finest!

Check out my review of the Nintendo Console Mystery Box, Call of Duty WWII Box, Super Mario Bros BoxLegend of Zelda Box, and the latest Mario 8-Bit Box as well!

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

The Box: Walmart-Exclusive Mario 8-Bit Box

The Cost: $19.98

The Products: 5 exclusive Mario items – plus one mystery item!

Good To Know: These are available in-store at Walmart! This is not a subscription, but a one-off mystery box.

You'll get 5 items in this box - 4 are revealed on the outer box while one is a mystery.

Charisma Vault Boy Figure - Value $15?

The mystery item in the box is a vault boy vinyl figure. I'm not 100% certain that every box will have the 'Charisma' S.P.E.C.I.A.L. upgrade in it (I'm assuming they all do, though).

We've seen a few iterations of Vault Boy statues in the past, but most have been bobblehead statues - I like that this one is a little different.

Vault Boy Beanie - Value $10-15?

While it's unfortunate that we got a beanie in 90-degree weather, it just means we'll have to wait to show off this Fallout beanie. It seems like a very high-quality material, too.

Nuke Cola Bottle Opener - Value $10-15?

You'll get this large Nuke Cola bottle opener - which is honestly just cool enough to pop it on a metal surface for display!

It's magnetized and ready to stick up on your fridge - again, a really nice high-quality item.

Med Tek Mentats Socks - Value $12?

You get a pair of Med Tek socks so you can grant that bonus to your toes. The socks are a 74/12/7/7 polyester, nylon, cotton, elastane blend.

Fallout Playing Cards - Value $5-10?

The final item in the box is a Fallout-themed deck of playing cards.

Verdict: At $20, there is a lot of value in the box - especially if you're into these Vault Boy vinyl statues. Overall, I didn't think it was as good as the recently reviewed Mario 8-Bit box - but I also play a lot more Mario than Fallout, so I'm a bit biased there - what do you think?

What do you think of the Fallout Box? Are you grabbing one at Walmart?

I like the bottle opener, cards, and the box. The figurine is nice my only issue is that I have no where to store figurines. The hat is that color of blue that looks cheap and I don’t care for the color of the socks. I like the design of the sock box. Just by looking at the set I wouldn’t put a value of $20 on it, but for hard core collector it may be worth it. I love Fallout but don’t collect anything. I would have like to seen a shirt, towel or some more wearable items and some Fallout 76 items.

My husband loved Fallout but the statue would be the only thing of interest…
