We have the FULL spoilers for the August 2018 Boxwalla Beauty box!

The theme for August's Beauty Box is 'Lean on Me'.

This August we showcase the skincare brand African Botanics, founded by the husband & wife duo of Julia & Craig Noik in 2012. The creation of African Botanics was inspired by Julia & Craig’s experience with indigenous South African ingredients that have been used for centuries in South Africa, to protect the skin against harsh weather conditions. They choose extraordinarily high quality ingredients, sustainably sourced from places where they grow wild in unpolluted environments, untouched by any farming method or human interference. These wild harvested ingredients are then married to cutting edge technology to achieve a skincare experience that feels both luxuriously wholesome & revolutionary.

The August Beauty Box will contain a full size of the exquisite Fleurs D'Afrique Oil Serum. Retail Value: $250

The Fleurs D'Afrique Oil Serum contains wild-harvested marula oil bottled at the source, night blooming flowers from ancient baobab trees, intoxicating jasmine & rose, powerful resurrection extract, marine blue micro-algae sustainably sourced from the French Riviera, vegetable-derived retinol liposome, and so much more. African Botanics has created an incomparably beautiful feather-light elixir, by sourcing the most exquisite bounty from the natural world & gilding it so thoughtfully, with the latest scientific technology.

Last day to subscribe is July 25.

So so so SO tempting….ahhhh!!! I keep hovering over the button to click to get this box! I know I don’t NEED it, but I just don’t know if I can pass up such an amazing deal on an amazing want! Lol…the struggle is real!!! Lmao

I think I might need this. I received the marula body oil as a sample once and have to buy the full size at $100/bottle. I kinda hope I don’t love this.

Will the oil be the only item in the box?

Danielle

I think it will be the only item given the $250 value. From what I’ve read about it online it should definitely be worth trying for 1/5 of the cost.

Lacey

Awesome! Thanks for the info! I love a good face oil!

Danielle

I’m guessing it will be the only item since it’s a $250 product. I researched it a little online and it sounds amazing. Basically it has every ingredient you need in one product if you’re concerned about aging (I’m 43). I’m going to get this box since it’s such a good deal. Heck I’m even tempted to get 2 in case I love it. There’s no way I could justify paying full price for it.

Definitely don’t need this but of course I’m going to get it. The only probably is if I love it I would never spend $250 on a bottle.

My 1st box was June’s Box. 😍 Love it! Looking forward to August’s Box. Should have signed up for Boxwalla a long time ago!

Ugh I want it but don’t need it.

I just cancelled this box after I received Junes box, now I had to resubscribe. No way I could pass this oil up! I’m doing my happy dance right now and can’t wait for my box.. I just wish the wait wasn’t so long. Kind of good though, as there is a heat wave in PA and it’s in the 100’s. The oil would probably go bad as it was getting delivered, as I doubt they keep mail in air condition..lol.

Bummer it will be around 115 here in PHX. 🙁

I could not, would not, did not, pass this oil up! Super excited to get it.. (doing my happy dance)!

Wow this is really tempting.

This one is too tempting. I have cancelled almost all of my boxes (for now) and was hoping for one of the higher end natural subscriptions would have a good offering this month. Boxwalla in first for the win! I’m already ahead $348 for the year since I will not be resubscribing to LMdB.

Cassandra

What is LMdB?

Reply ButtonReply

Mary

Cassandra, it is Le Metiere deBeaute. LMdB was an ultra high end annual subscription beauty box which *was* great for 4-5 years now but suddenly disappeared, leaving us without the last 3 months that we prepaid. The last product they sent us had a retail value of $350 so I’m sort of okay (but disappointed) with the loss

Rachel

I might have to skip this one—only because I’m terrified that I’ll fall in love with a $250 product I can’t afford 😬

Danielle

Me too! I’m tempted to order a second box just in case. I’ve read great things about this product. Including that it’s more of a silky serum than an oil which makes me happy because I have oily skin in the summer.

OMG!!!! I love African Botantics! Their Marula and neroli oil is divine and their body cream is one of my favorites. Thank you, Boxwalla, for being amazing!
