ShoeDazzle is a monthly shoe, clothing, and accessories subscription service. You can shop their merchandise like normal retail, but they have a VIP subscription that gives you better prices – many styles are only $39.95 (or less) for VIPs. When you sign up for a membership, you complete a style profile. On the 1st of every month, they release new styles, and you can pick any item you want - either from your personal "Showroom" or across the site. You can also skip the month. However, if you don’t pick or skip, you get charged $39.95 store credit to spend any time.
This model is similar to how JustFab, Fabletics, and AdoreMe work. JustFab and Shoedazzle are under the same umbrella company, actually.

Chiffon Palazzo Pants in Black Multi, Size Large - Retail Value $56.95, VIP Price $39.95
I spotted these pants last month but didn't bite the bullet. When I saw they were still available this month, I HAD to get them! These 100% polyester pants are lightweight, flowy, and feel so summery.
I have a curvier bottom half and tend to wear a size 10 in jeans. I usually don't fare so well with pants that don't have at least some stretch to them, but these pants were a surprisingly good fit! I think the fact that they're a wide-leg design helps accommodate for my wider hips and thighs.
The fun part of these pants, aside from those cheerful little polka dots, is that there's a slit that runs up the side of each leg, exposing a sheer-lined layer beneath. It gives these pants the same carefree, glamorous vibes as a dreamy summer dress. With every step, the fabric kind of drifts around my legs. I got a little more enthusiastic with it for the sake of demonstrating the movement of the pants in the pic above!
The only downside of these pants is how very, very long they are on me! I'm only 5' 3", so I'm not surprised that I'm going to need to get these babies hemmed!
The Verdict: Apart from the length, these pants are awesome! They fit me really nicely, they're comfortable (both because of their fit and their summer-ready breathability), and the polka dot pattern is one that I don't have nearly enough of in my current wardrobe! I think the quality and certainly the uniqueness of the items I've gotten from this service line up with the price point. The general aesthetic is definitely trendier, but they do have some more essential/basic pieces and work appropriate looks, especially in terms of shoes.
