Easy pass for me. I usually love the special boxes but not this one. I do not like the man and the products are not a good fit for WOC.

Easy, hard pass on this. Lagerfeld is a pig.

This box is sad – I don’t want four lip products I haven’t selected for color. I got that blush in another bag and it was fairly mediocre.
I am glad I have no moral dilemma as about not supporting a misogynist.

The makeup looks cheap.

I’m going to pass. I usually jump on Glossybox LE boxes, but this one is pretty dull. Not products I’d purchase or want.

That blush looks like it was in the March Glossybox … or not? Karl’s color palette is not for my skin tone. Interesting note. Kimora Lee Simmons started modeling for House of Chanel at age 13 for the Kaiser… full interview is in Notaro magazine.

I was excited about getting this and even set a reminder on my calendar. But after reading this, no thanks, easy pass.

Thanks for the info. I was going to buy this box until I saw this. Definitely not going to now.

Here’s a quote from Mr. Lagerfeld’s book: “It’s the fat women sitting in front of televisions with their pack of crisps who say slim models are hideous.” He also once said that Adele was “a little too fat.”
Please save your money, or donate it if you have plenty. I dropped Stitchfix the moment they added Lagerfeld. What a poor excuse for a human being!

He has been prolific at making digs at women over the years. I think he also once said that Pippa Middleton should only be seen from behind. Maybe he should rethink having a career making products for women.

I agree. He is obnoxious. Even to is own family.

Karl Lagerfield is a complete jerk. He wouldn’t even give his own sister a Chanel bag bag and he runs the company. Read about this guy. I would. Ever buy a thing associated with him.

He doesn’t run Chanel. He’s just an employee.

I wasn’t that interested to start and I’m still annoyed with Glossybox but this just seals the decision…at least they keep making it easier and easier to just say no.

Oof. I didn’t know this. Thanks for making this easy to pass on.

And his recent vitriol about Me Too. He feels any woman who has a problem with having her underpants forcibly pulled down (in reference to a photographer known to do this) should “join a nunnery”. He’s vile.
