  1. This is the SECOND Sanrio crate in a row that has been shipped well past the date they said it would be shipped. I have never even been given the courtesy of receiving the message alert regarding the delay. Last time, I had to contact customer service to find out what was happening, and this time around, I am discovering it here. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! What is their problem?? How difficult is it to communicate these delays directly to customers? I notice they have no problem whatsoever in charging my credit card months in advance.

    • Yes! I never get the emails either. I don’t want to but I’m canceling this after this shipment. I understand there being a delay here and there but two shipments in a row? I just don’t trust them anymore and it’s an expensive box. I can get two other subscriptions for the price of this one.

    Are they going to be late every time now?

    • I can handle a delay to some degree, and I agree, twice in a row kinda sucks as we have to wait in anticipation for three months as it is…
