Pretty upset – I got the exact opposite of the customized choices I went for. I got the foreo instead of the towel. Was there anyone who got the towel and want to switch?

I just ordered my first FFF box and will be getting the summer editors box – just a note, i was able to choose between the Foreo and the towel.
My 3 options as a seasonal subscription were:
Foreo OR Towel
Dr. Brandt or OR Ish lip pallet
And
Free people eye mask OR the lariat OR the moisturizer

I did not have the choice for the trigger ball or cleanser as mentioned in the original post here, so they must’ve made some changes.

Same with me. I wish I had a choice for some of those other products that they’re now listing but considering how the Summer box sold out, I felt like I needed to order the post Summer editor’s box before it sold out with the current products as well.

I loved the summer box and wish I would have added another towel for $10. I hope they have some in the edit sale. I’m also looking forward to the editors box.

Ok I have to ask. What’s the big fuss about the Spongelles? I got one in the editor’s box but it’s terrible. It’s so scratchy I can’t use it at all. It smells good, sure. But even after several washes (and wetting the spongelle completely every time I’ve showered), it’s still very scratchy and I would not use something akin to a scouring pad on my skin. Anyone have a solution? Am I using it incorrectly?

The Spongelle’s are fabulous. It exfoliates as you bathe, like a loofah. Try not to squeeze the soap out to last longer.

That is interesting, because I love mine, and ordered 10 more~ I think they are great exfoliator and smell really good. Maybe you have very sensitive skin.

Not sure which one you received but mine is not. I am currently using the heart shaped one that has one side that is soft and the other exfoliating. Is the one you are using for your feet? I think those are more scratchy.

I got one of the flower shaped ones similar to the one above but the box was pink so I’m not certain which scent it was. It is scratchy on both sides and on the edges. I’ve tried it 7 times already. I’m very very glad I didn’t purchase half a dozen as small gifts during the sale.

Yes! It’s the only reason I ordered the editor’s box. I want it for my daughter and am crossing my fingers. Did the annual subscription hoping they would show me favor. Could have bought the thing outright but I guess thats not as fun!

FYI, the combo; Purlisse, Dr Brandt, and Whish are sold out, but if you change one of those (doesn’t matter which one) you are still able to get the other two. I find that weird. I am chatting with Customer service now. The Foreo/towel are not a customizable option and they cannot customize it. I am going to pass on this box. The three combo I wanted is not available and I can’t guarantee the Foreo.

FFF changed the description again for current subscribers. Now: they decide for you between the fofo and towel, and they decide for you between the Tula and the korres. I put it in my cart 2 hours ago but wanted to chat with them before placing my order. Of course, chat hasn’t been available.

To clarify: the description of the contents of the box has changed, but the pictures you can swipe to see each item still show the fofo in every box and Tula in every box.

I am an annual member and just saw that the editor’s box is now available for purchase. Even though I have an annual pass I do not have the option to choose all five variations. The towel and shower gel do not show up at all as box contents. The foreo and face pads are a given. The three seasonal member choices remain as they are shown on this forum.

I’m super confused. I was on a “trial” membership because a starter box is on its way to me. I really wanted this Editor’s Box (and future boxes), so I upgraded to an Annual plan. It says my first box will be Fall 2018, not this Editor’s Box. How do I get this one instead?!??!?!

Keep checking here or on FFF for when it goes live. I think people signing up can get it but current members can’t yet. Editor’s boxes are extra, since they are leftovers from previous boxes.

Maybe someone can help me on here. I’ve been trying since MARCH to get the candle/replacement item. CS has changed the timing of the replacement every time I talk to them. Has anyone else still not received their stuff too? One rep said most people didn’t receive the candle in the spring box. What do I do? They keep giving me the run around and going through social media hasn’t worked either. I just hate that I paid money for something I never received 🙁

I had the same thing and they finally offered me $10 in add on credit or a choice between 3 different items to be sent with my summer box (it was a summer and rose purse, briogeo hair mask and I think a lip item). I did the chat function. They should have sent you an email bc they are having issues with the candles.

I would go to the community and try to get ahold of @kendallk for direct help. Create a post, explain you never received the candle OR a different item in its place, and tag her, or you could search for her and message her directly on there. They’re so good about helping people out and they’re super nice too.

Sorry I recieved mine with my box. Not sure if it matters but I picked the fresh linen. I didn’t know there were people who didn’t recieve theirs. Hope you get it soon. To be honest I wasn’t impressed with it. It smelled nice but didn’t last long and I didn’t like the copper container, didn’t seem safe.

FYI–this is the editor’s box, NOT the seasonal box. So, if you are expecting the seasonal box based on your subscription, you’ll be getting completely different items, except you will get the Foreo.

I got my first box today, got everything I ordered and completely satisfied with my products, I did 3 add one also. I’m going to stick around for the second ( Fall ) box. Will I get to choose my options with that box, and when dothose usually come out?0

I use an eye mask every night and I do not like this one. It feels too heavy on my face and when I use it I wake up with sinus pain from the pressure it puts on my eyes/nose. The only time I actually benefit from it is when I have a headache – then that pressure with the cold gel insert is exactly what I need.

I love it! I generally use it without the insert over night, but I’ve tried it with the cooled insert for headaches and that works pretty well.

It should be easy to trade for though. There are a lot of them on the swap boards.

I love the eye mask. I have gel insert in the fridge till I need it and then I use it as a regular face mask without the insert.

I love it so much. I recently took it on my flight to Australia and it worked like a charm. I like how it feels on my face and it keeps all the light out. It’s adjustable but I have it set almost at the largest setting and I would say I have a fairly normal sized head so if someone had a larger head it might be too tight on the eyes. I have used the cool pack as well and it feels nice.

The eye mask is very cumbersome and my eyelids began sweating after the coolpack warmed to room temp.

Just a tip: If you sign-up for the single box and use the MSA code you get that box for $39.99. Later in the sign-up process, you have the opportunity to upgrade to the annual subscription for $179.99 (you’ll get the 4 boxes in addition to the Editor’s box). This way you can use the MSA discount code and upgrade so that you can further customize this box. Otherwise, you can’t use the code for an annual subscription. Hope that makes since!

Okay this may be a dumb question but can a Turkish towel be used just like id use any other towel? Like after a shower?

Yes, but often times they’re not quite as absorbent, at least in my opinion. They make great beach towels.

Normally your subscription status doesn’t matter for editor boxes, but they have been making quite a few changes lately. I can’t answer for sure as it’s not available yet… waiting… 🙂

I should add, iirc it’s the Fofo vs towel and shower gel vs Tula that only annuals get to pick. The other 3 choices both get to pick.

I haven’t personally purchased it, but what I’ve read in the FFF forums is that seasonals get to make the first 3 picks and the other 2 are random. Annuals get to pick all 5.
