Verdict: I’m a fan of Emma & Chloe pieces, and this is another winner for me. In general, I’d recommend this subscription if you love delicate jewelry (with a few bold but minimalist pieces). And I love that Emma & Chloe lets you choose your metal color preference and if you want pierced or clip earrings.

  1. I have to disagree with the customer service comments. I’ve always had EXCELLENT interactions with CS and anytime there’s something wrong, which is rare, they always make it right. I actually love their jewelry and find I wear at least one if not two of their pieces each and every day. Are they perfect for me every single month, no… but 99% of the time I’m so loving what they send.

  3. These earrings are beautiful, they’re so unique and really stand out, I’ve gotten so many compliments! I recommend this subscription! Customer service has always been very helpful when I had any question 🙂

  4. I’ll be the lone man out here and say that the earrings I received were in great condition and looked very pretty and unique on. This was not something I would have chosen for myself, but I’ve already worn them once and got 2 compliments.

I’ve given a few negative reviews now on this sub so I’ll keep this one short… These earrings do look pretty and are more my style than anything else they’ve had recently, BUT, I have to remind myself that nothing they send is of decent value… These show they are worth $120 yet they are only covered in 14k offer brass. Even if you decide to get the silver it’s not full sterling. It’s sterling over brass.. For $35 TJ Maxx has much better deals… And I 100% agree with everything said about customer service. It is still not right…

    • I completely agree. Their stuff is insanely overvalued and lousy quality – (except for the earlier stuff, from a couple of years back, that was really original and of decent quality). In terms of CS, I always had very good treatment by them, including free boxes when things went wrong, but again, that was a couple of years ago when the sub was new.

  6. A replacement? When my stuff arrived in awful condition, Elodie told me the best she could do was cancel my sub. Offered me nothing , not even an option to send back. I was about to sub but I thought how awful that she didnt fo anything.

    • Yeah the customer service from this sub has always been awful over the last year or so – not worth it!

  7. Lately I find that their offerings look very cheap, but these earrings are actually quite nice. I might get them as a one-off purchase.

  8. One of my earrings came missing the clip, so I am eagerly waiting the replacement.
