Each month there is an info card with box contents on the back and on the front, the box theme. This month’s theme is “It's Not a Hangover, It's Wine Flu”, too funny!
Primitives by Kathy The Wine Magnet Set - Retail Value $11.50
Look at this fun magnet set! I love how they all arrived together on a board together for safe traveling in the box. I love the rustic finish on each, it will match so nicely with the decor in my kitchen. I was just saying to my husband how we need more magnets so these arrived at the perfect time. Plus, I mean, who doesn't love to have a little laugh while passing through the kitchen?
If You Can Read This Socks - Estimated Value $10.95
These didn't arrive packaged with any label so I am not sure who made these, but I was able to find a similar style online. I have been seeing funny socks like this online lately and have really been wanting a pair. This saying could not be more fitting for me! While I can't have any wine right now since I am pregnant with baby number 2, I will be saving these for once he is born. I can already see myself holding my feet up for my husband to see this message!
The Grapeseed Company Summer Crisp Chardonnay 100% Natural Deodorant - Retail Value $11
I have always wanted to try all-natural deodorant, but have just never gotten around to buying one for myself. I was really excited to try this brand! The fresh scent was so amazing compared to many other deodorants I have tried, although, I didn't get a strong chardonnay scent from this guy. The deodorant went on smoothly and lasted throughout the day without any need to reapply. I can't wait to continue using this.
Pairwell Wine Sticks Pizza Lover, 4.23 oz.
These wine sticks were amazing! They had a wonderful pizza flavor to them, a little spicy and extra cheesy. I gobbled down a few of these right after opening. I could see these being a delicious snack while sipping on a glass of white wine with some cheese.
CapaBunga Wine Stoppers - Retail Value $8.90
You can never have too many wine stoppers! I love this bold set of two and the cute saying on the white version. I didn't have any wine bottles on hand, but these look like they will fit on nicely.
Verdict: Wine is my guilty pleasure and something I really enjoying learning more about. However, it can always be fun to have silly items that show just how much I love wine around the house. This month's curation was so perfect because it had a lovely mix of silly products that I know I will use proudly and functional items as well. While I wasn't able to find the Pizza Sticks online, everything else that I received came to $42.35 in retail value. I do think the value is a bit high for what you are receiving, but the product curation is fun and quirky! I would love to see a few more functional items that I can use along with my wine, similar to the stoppers.
