Stitch Fix started offering a styling service for plus sizes, and I couldn't be happier. I signed up on the very first day, of course!
Stitch Fix is a monthly clothing and styling subscription service. When you sign up you take a pretty in-depth survey about your sizes, your style, and pricing preferences. After choosing when youíd like to receive your delivery, your stylist handpicks 5 items based on your preferences. The fee for this service is $20, and that includes free shipping and free returns. And if you keep any of the items they send you, you get to deduct the $20 fee from the total. (If you keep all five items, you also get a 25% discount!)
My items are reflective of my style and price preferences, so your Stitch Fix may be completely different!
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Stitch Fix Plus Size Clothing May 2018 Review
This is the invoice that was included in my package. It lists out the items I received and the cost to keep each. I think a 25% discount for keeping everything is pretty generous!
This really fun sheet of cards was also included. It has a note from my stylist in the upper left corner. I really appreciate the personalization that goes into her selections! All the other cards are styling ideas for the items in my box. How clever!
This month I also received this little card in my box promoting Stitch Fix's new service, Stitch Fix Extras. You can shop intimates on Stitch Fix's Website and they will include them in your package. Your styling fee can also be applied to Extras!
Aulora Striped Tassel Tote by Fantasia Accessories - Cost to Keep $34
I am obsessed with this tote bag! Isn't it just perfect for summer? It has a multi-colored woven rope weave on the outside, and the inside is lined with a silky polyester. It's nice and roomy too! I can see taking this everywhere this summer.
Regan Embroidered Knit Dress by THML - Cost to Keep $74
This dress is really cute, and I love the embroidery details! The only real issue is that it's a thick thermal cotton blend knit, and it's May in Georgia. I have to admit, I don't really understand why styling services sometimes send really unseasonable clothing. I would have loved to receive this in November!
Acelyn Tee by Market & Spruce - Cost to Keep $44
This tee is really unusual in that it is a linen blend, which would be nice and cool for summer. The blend is such that it doesn't wrinkle easily, too, which is definitely a plus! I just already have several tees in this color, one of which I bought from Stitch Fix last year. I may have to pass on this, too.
Melody Printed Wide Leg Pant by Billy T - Cost to Keep $68
These chambray pants are so cute and comfortable! I think they are another fun summer piece. I love wide-legged pants, especially in the warmer months. My only issue, as with almost all pants, is that they are too long. I'm currently mulling over whether they are cute enough to go to the trouble of having them altered.
Ballis Cold Shoulder Top by Market & Spruce - Cost to Keep $48
I love the color of this cotton knit top and what an unusual cut! I don't love wearing strapless bras, but this top might be worth it. It's a good price, too!
The Verdict: I am a big fan of Stitch Fix! Ths month's box was another great one! My favorite piece is the tote, and it's rare that the accessory is my favorite. The tote is just amazing, though! I alo really liked the red top and the pants. I am enjoying my subscription to Stitch Fix so far, and I think their prices are among the most reasonable. I can't wait for my next Fix!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Stitch Fix curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available. What you get might not be the same as what I got, but you also might get something that fits your style and body even better than the looks above! Sign up and see what they choose for you!
Value Breakdown: This box cost $20 with free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $268. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20.00 cost of the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning Iíd end up spending $181 for the whole box. Ultimately, that's a savings of about 32%. The average cost per piece in this box is $53.60.
