Heart + Honey Queen Bee Box May 2018 Review
Heart + Honey always has a theme, and this month's "Magnificent Mango" pays tribute to the delicious fruit.
Klein's Naturals Dark Chocolate covered Mango Stix - Retail Value $11.99
I normally don't mess with chocolate covered fruit, but I love dried mango so much I thought I'd give this a try. I'm glad I did because these are delicious. It's quite a treat to get a yummy snack like this in the Queen Bee box, so it was unexpected and a delight. The mango is tart while the dark chocolate mellows it out a bit and heightens the decadence.
Sliquid Splash Feminine Wash in Mango Passion, 8.5 oz. - Retail Value $14.00 (found here for $10.45)
First I want to say thank you to Heart + Honey for explaining this product. I'ma bit embarrassed to admit that I have been confused about feminine washes since I know they should only be used externally, but I've never heard of using a completely separate wash for my "lady parts" (as they put it) either. Basically, this wash can replace your current body wash that may have harsher chemicals that aren't the best for our delicate nether regions and be used everywhere. If you haven't had problems, it may not be a huge deal but having a gentler wash that is pH balanced for us ladies and keeps ALL of our areas in mind certainly makes me feel better. This one is even gentle enough to use as a kids bubble bath! The scent of this is also heavenly. If you love fruity mango, you'll enjoy this as much as I do.
Kama Sutra Oil of Love in Tropical Mango, 0.75 oz. - Retail Value $13.50
Another thing I love about H+H is receiving products that I normally wouldn't buy on my own. This water-based "oil" is meant as a fun way to interact with your partner (or even yourself)and heat things up by applying to the skin and blowing to activate the warming sensation. In addition to the mango scent, it's also "kissable" so you can get a taste of the sweet flavor as well while you play around. It comes with a dropper that allows you full control of how much you disperse.
Global Groove Sarong in Orange - Retail Value $24.95
A perfect compliment to this mango-themed box is this beautiful deep orange and yellow sarong made by an Indonesian women's group that is fair trade, meaning they are compensated fairly for their work. While I'm not typically a tropical-ware kind of gal, this large bright sarong brought a smile to my face and immediately had me thinking of a relaxing vacation. There are a ton of different ways to wear this, but I just popped it on over my romper for a basic cover-up skirt style. You can even use it as a lightweight beach blanket or carryall due to its size!

The box is so nice that you can keep it for permanent storage. There are little magnets that hold it shut and a foam bed for the device to lay on.
If you want to ditch the box, it comes with a purple velvet-like pouch to keep it dust-free between uses. Per usual, this toy is rechargeable and comes with its own charging cable that you can plug into a laptop or the same wall plug you'd use to charge your smartphone or other USB devices.
The name of this is just too perfect for the small rounded silicone teardrop shape. It's almost like a tiny mango that is about to make you smile. The slightly hooked tip can get to some concentrated delicate areas.
The only control you'll need is the single button located on the outside that you hold down for a few seconds to power on and off. There is only one (quite intense) constant vibration setting while toggling through uncovers 4 more patterns at the same intensity.
Its design has a loop which can be slung around different areas of your (or a partners) body.
As well as a comfortable way to hold on while in use. Its compact design also allows easy travel. 😉
Simply plug the charger into the small hole at the back to charge up for another go (or before the inaugural use).
Verdict: The "Magnificent Mango" theme of this month's Heart + Honey left me craving more! I enjoyed receiving a simple 5 items that were all interesting and high-quality. The toy is just so cute and has a simple design the delight all experience levels while the wash and oil of love will be great to discover for the first time. Plus, those chocolate mango stix!! So good!

Subscription orders are taken from the first day of the month, until the last. Renewals occur on the 15th of the month. Month-to-month subscriptions will renew on a monthly basis, and 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions will renew in the correlating time frame. So for example, if you were to order a month-to-month subscription on the 12th of April, your first box will ship between the 1st-5th of May. Renewal will happen on the 15th of May.

Value Breakdown: I couldn't find retail values for all of the items, so at $69.99, you're paying $14.00 per item which turns out pretty well seeing as though most items are close to that price if not over.
