April 2018 Mini Monthly Box Of Awesome For Dogs Review

This month included two items for the humans in a dog's life.

You won't get a card that details the items, but it does come with a card to remind you about their social media contests.

Invincibles Plush Puppies - Value $4

There is one plush toy this month - and it's a little black cat.

It's a little 2-inch toy. It has no stuffing and an "invincible" squeaker. I'm sure some dogs would challenge that.

Buckles typically likes the smaller plush toys - this one wasn't a favorite, though.

Polkadog Treats Wonder Nuggets - Value $7

The only treat this month is a pack of small peanut butter dog treats.

These are perfectly made for our pup - and perfect for training treats.

Pull-tie bag - Value $5-10?

Ok, onto the human items - the first is this pull-string backpack. This could be a good item to keep in the car, or a nice item to tote around on a walk.

Pet Treat Launcher - Value $6

This is a small treat launcher. No batteries required, just load in your treats and fire away.

Buckles couldn't care less, while I was having a blast. This one is definitely for the humans.

Verdict: For $13, this one always seems to come in at a value over the cost. It was a bit surprising to find the backpack and treat shooter in the bag - that might bring the value down for some subscribers that have to use for it.

To Wrap Up:

Bam Bam loved the Wonder Nuggets this month and the little cat is our new, has to go to bed with us, baby. It already looks ratty but he pretend growls if I try to take it away. I thought the bag was meh but beats the humongous bandanna they usually send. I swapped the launcher away, like Buckles, Bamy could care less. He has no intention of chasing his treats.

I used the bag to hold an extra leash, harness, travel bowls, water , dry food and doggie seat belt then I hung it by the garage door. I’m hoping now when I have to leave with the dog it will be more convenient.
