Geminated Mother-of-Pearl Bangle – Retail Value $90

This necklace is made of brass with an 18K gold finish and accented with enamel.

The necklace measures about 28 inches long, and the chain is very delicate.

Here it is on:

I really like the lightweight feel of this necklace – the chain practically disappears.

All Emma & Chloe pieces also come with a certificate of authenticity:

And jewelry care instructions:

Verdict: I’m a fan of Emma & Chloe pieces, and this is another winner for me. I like that they sent a longer necklace this month, too.

In general, I’d recommend this subscription if you love delicate jewelry (with a few bold but minimalist pieces). And I love that Emma & Chloe lets you choose your metal color preference and if you want pierced or clip earrings.

One important thing to call out – several MSA readers have brought up issues with shipping/delivery lately, so if you are thinking of signing up for this subscription, I recommend reading comments on Emma & Chloe posts, first.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, your first box would be the May box.

What do you think of this month’s Emma & Chloe?

  1. Wow…in the last year I’ve been watching this sub, I think this is the first piece that really nice. I like the way the necklace is longer and kinda disappears, and I love an moon shape anything. This one don’t look like a piece my grandmother would wear. Hope they keep up the fresh pieces like this type of thing and I might have to sign up.

I don’t care about a paper of authenticity. And all that. Just would like some cute pieces that hold up well, are contemporary and don’t look like cheapo costume pieces.

Would be cool if they did a moon, sun and stars theme

  2. The geminated Mother of Pearl bangle was from March. This was the Luna Long Necklace 🙂

  3. I love this box but first time I wore the necklace the chain broke.

  4. I’ve had a few mixups w/ shipping. Not their fault but I moved and before I could change my address with them my box got shipped out. It’s now MIA, thanks entirely to the USPO. I inquired with Emma & Chloe about where it was shipped from and without even asking they sent me a replacement. I had another issue in the past w/ sending the wrong metal color and they immediately righted it, even letting me keep the item that was an error. They have ALWAYS been extremely responsive to any error/issue that I’ve had. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my subscription and I would tell anyone not to hesitate to sign up.

    • Hi Kathleen,

      Caroline here at Emma&Chloé.
We’re a small-sized company and reading this is very encouraging for us!
We’re grateful, THANK YOU for the nice words 🙂

  5. I wish I had gotten this necklace rather than a piece from months ago

    • Did you contact customer service? Apparently there was a mix-up and a few people got a ring from a few months ago but they will replace it with this necklace if you let them know.

    • Hi Lisa,

      Caroline here at Emma&Chloé.
Please reach out to us at [email protected] and they will send you immediately the right piece. We’re sorry about that, we will make it right! 🙂

  6. I like this necklace a lot and I normally don’t like long chains. It does snag up a bit but not enough to prohibit me from wearing it.

  7. Liz you are glowing!! Looking gorgeous 😉

    • Thank you! 🙂

  8. I love the look of your dress! What brand is it?

      • Awesome, thanks Liz! 🙂 I’m excited for that review! They have really cute clothes.
